Her attitude was aggressive, unprofessional, and downright hostile. Instead of calmly addressing any concern, she spoke over me, accused me of doing something illegal, and acted like she was itching to pick a fight. Let's be clear: this pharmacy had been filling my California provider's prescription without question. Denise decided that day to make a scene and block my access to a medication I rely on not based on any new policy, but seemingly to flex authority and humiliate a customer. She showed zero compassion, no willingness to listen, and treated me like a criminal for following the exact same process the pharmacy had accepted for months. Denise is not just rude she's a liability to this business. If this pharmacy values professionalism, they need to seriously reconsider her position. Her behavior was unacceptable and potentially dangerous to patients who depend on consistency and care.
