Spoke real fast and didn't care about customer comfort. + Next morning the guy receptionist was much friendlier though. + Ice machine on 1st floor past the lobby. . Be sure to receive parking permit from the receptionist. + At least it's cheap. + Clean, good room. Got the job done. - Low privacy. Neighbors easily heard. I could hear the next-door baby crying frequently. - Elevator not working. - Vending machine(s) empty. $85/night. Fri 6/12/26

We needed a place to stay for one night that accepted dogs. We booked through BringFido. After a…read morefull day's drive, we arrived at the motel. It was right next to I-15, which by itself wasn't a huge deal. The grounds around the motel were not maintained, to include dead/untrimmed grounds and dead trees, litter, garbage, and loads of dog feces. The parking lot had sketchy characters late at night. The motel had signs up warning to secure your valuables, so they seemed to know about the area. I was concerned, so I brought everything up to the room for fear of the car being broken into. The stairwells and hallways were dirty, and the card key entry device at one door was not working, so anyone could gain entry. One entry door was propped open by a small rock. I notified the front desk, but they did nothing. The room wasn't much better in terms of cleanliness. The mattress was thin and seemed old. The room was ice cold and the a/c kept running even though it was a chilly 65 degrees. I called the front desk, and the man who came up looked at it, took the faceplate off the thermostat, then put it back on and said it was fixed. It was not. When we woke up the next morning, the room was 60 degrees. The bed did not have sufficient blankets, so we froze all night. The bathroom sink did not have a stopper and generally seemed unclean. Some of the electrical sockets did not work. We have stayed in other Motel 6 establishments that were clean and comfortable. The Motel 6 in Lehi was the most filthy, creepy motel I have ever stayed in. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere but here.

I realize that these discount hotels aren't supposed to be stellar however they should be decent…read morefirst of all our room had one trash can so if you had trash from the bathroom you have to walk into the main room to throw your trash away and vice versa. We had a lot of problems getting our remote to work on the TV we finally gave up. The room was not overly clean. Then when I went to blow dry my hair after a shower the blow dryer literally blew up and started smoking everywhere. We went down to the front desk to get a replacement and the girl at the desk told us she didn't know where they kept the extra blow dryers and couldn't help us. I had to dry my hair over the air conditioner I'm hoping I don't have pneumonia later. The people above us had a kid running all over the floor they kept us up quite late into the night we actually had to call the front desk and asked them to address the issue after about 45 minutes it finally stopped. Due to the condition of the room we decided not to try the breakfast I didn't trust it the kitchen would be overly clean. Even though some of these locations are older buildings they can do a lot more for upkeep would probably not return.

Additionally, there was no notice at check in that the planned maintenance would be occurring. When I asked about the hot tub at check in I was given the hours. When I went to use it, only then was there a sign. The hot tub had been drained and was being painted. Planned maintenance. I was told "It will be ready on Friday." and was still offline at checkout, noon. I was told by the staff "If you want a hot tub, drive over to the community recreation center and buy a day pass." That was customer service: How to work around our bait and switch with additional time, inconvenience and expense. Outrageous. Additionally, my bed sheets had blood on them. The room was run down with poor HVAC. I asked for a late check out and asked for a 1200 noon check out. At 1115 my room door opened by a staff member. I was in my underwear when she barged in and told me check out is 1100, time to leave. I was stunned, I told her I had gotten a noon check out. She just said OH and turned and left. I went through Expedia for help and the property kept telling Expedia "no one is here to make a decision on a refund". Expedia suggested I try to get the refund in person at the property. I did. I found the manager / owner roaming around outside, the front desk unmanned, and he seemed very annoyed to come in and help a customer. I told him I wanted a refund for the hot tub bring out, blood on the sheets, and having staff barge into my room telling me to leave AFTER HE had approved the noon check out. He looked at my stay and the rate for each night. The owner / manager stated "I'll refund you one night." I asked him which night? The owner / manager stated "The last night which with tax was about $135. I accepted and wanted to be done with this poorly maintained and horribly managed rip-off joint. The owner-manager told me he would "Refund my card." and never did. Now 5 days. Expedia finally got in contact and the property said "No refund." In addition to all else the owner / manager lied to me to get me to go away. I treated him with respect and as a gentleman. Sorely misplaced.
