It's ok. Not as terrible as some of the reviews but bad enough that my family said never again to motel 6. If you are in a room that faces the front it's nice and quiet. On the back side it's very loud from the highway. I liked that the sink is with the toilet as almost every motel 6 I've stayed has the sink separate. Rooms are dark. Beds are average. Not super clean. There was a blood stain in my first bed and some melted thing under the tv in my second room as well as hairs in the bathroom. Vending machines and ice machines were out of order and according to earlier reviews have been for a year or so

Motel 6 there was no cable tv, side of the freeway was loud. The loud was like the window was open thin windows. 3rd level Stinks like pee right by the elevator. Need 5 S

Overall my stay was fine but I wouldn't encourage anyone to stay here unless you're really in a pinch. I had reserved a non-smoking room and when I arrived the only room they had available was on the smoking floor so the smell was terrible. The room faced the highway so was super loud all night long and was not well cleaned. The thermostat did not regulate correctly so it was either super hot or freezing cold. The door directly across from mine had a hole punched through it which didn't do anything to make me feel especially safe. All that said, the price was great (half the price of any other hotels/motels I looked at in the area) and the staff were very friendly and helpful! If you're not planning to actually be in the room much this is a fine place to stay and definitely a bargain but probably not my first choice if I return to Lehi.

From the moment I walked in the door I felt like I was being treated like a criminal. When checking in, apparently everyone that is staying in the room has to give their drivers license. Never heard of this. Of course I don't stay in many hotels except those near Disneyland and DW and I've never had to do that there. I was checking in at 3:30. My husband wouldn't be arriving until 5:30-6pm. I let the employee know this and she said she couldn't let me check in. So I asked, so I just have to chill for 1 1/2 hrs or so until my husband get here?? I was told that he could be on a "do not reserve to" list and that then neither one of us would be able to stay there. I guaranteed her that my husband was not on any such list. She said "Oh! You'd be surprised at how many people are on the list!" I asked how one might get put on said list and was told that ruining the linens or a bad customer review, being on the officers list of do not reserve to. I started looking around trying to figure out if I had jumped through some portal that took me to Detroit or something !! Was I still in Lehi, UT?? I started to take a look at myself. Did I really look that sketchy?? Standing there looking dumbfounded I said Well I'm not really sure what to do. I mean, I have my license and I can get you my husbands at 5:30. She said (with quite the attitude) that she guessed she could let me do it just this once but I needed to have my husband check in the minute he arrived. Ok... I live about 45 mins away from this hotel. I only needed a cheap room to stay in for one night so I could get to work fast the next morning. I really wasn't looking for anything fancy. That being said, this hotel was the very basic of basics. No refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, coffee maker, etc. The tv was sat up high on top of a cabinet. I was a little shocked to find I had a washcloth and towel to tell you the truth! Haha! When my husband arrived I went out to meet him and take him to the front desk to check in. Praying the whole time that he wasn't on "the list" and we'd both be thrown out. (Apparently that's how it goes down) Got to the front desk and it was the same lady, same attitude. She didn't even recognize me, I had to explain why I was there talking to her. With a "here's your card back" motion we were on our way back to the room. While walking back we passed about 6 men "loitering" in the halls. A couple of them sitting on the floor. That seemed a little weird to me. Did they not have licenses?? Uneasy feeling pushed aside we carried on. The night passed by with little consequence. Leaving the next morning the same lady was still there!! We were thanked by another employee as we left but that's it. I was a little worried to post such a review for fear I would be put on "the list" but getting this information out there to anyone that may be interested I felt willing to take that chance. I doubt I would ever return. Customer service aside, I feel this is a 2 star hotel. Nothing at all fancy. There's a mattress to sleep on. Good luck!! Arrive together and have your licenses ready.

Only downside is the location; while very convenient to access being right off the highway, it was of course noisy.

This stop was excellent, from the moment I stepped in the door (after a long car trip from the SLC airport- crash on 15). The two women at the desk were positively bubbly and engaging late on a Monday afternoon. My room was excellent, spotless. (By the way don't know when this started but towel swaps, etc was by demand). I like that they are saving water (especially in Utah). There was a funny duh moment for me with the whirpool. I was looking for that knob that you turn to the time you want the jets to run. I didn't see the knob so the first time I used it I set there in the passive bubbles. The hot water was great though after a day of travel (2 flights/2 hour drive). The clerk described it for me and I felt so old (will add photo). I did however have a James Brown Celebrity Hot Tub Party (youngsters google it, you're welcome) each four nights of my stay. BTW last year I was at a breakfast event where David Mariott was the guest speaker (he sat at my table after). What a great and genuine person. I am a customer for life.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We also spent some time in the pool which was well maintained and perfect for what we needed. It's a smaller indoor pool, so if there happened to be a lot of people there, it might have been cramped. But we had it all to ourselves. We never interacted with any staff-I did the mobile check in and mobile key, which worked beautifully. The location is near many restaurants, albeit chain restaurants. What is it about Lehi that repeals any mom and pop places? Anyway, you won't go hungry or have lack of things to do in this "happening," family-friendly area.

Both the pool and hot tub are also on the first floor. They are inside. The room was clean, orderly and ready when I checked in. I had a later arrival coming in from the airport and was greeted with my keys at the front desk. I kept hearing a squeaking door like noise and could not get the HBO Max channel to work. A maintenance guy was sent up and he wasn't able to sort anything out. Thankfully Carlos was there when I requested help again. In no time he sorted out with the front desk that the HBO issues was a technical thing on their end. So I just switched to my Netflix. The noise we realized was coming from the air conditioner. Carlos pulled the filtered out and cleaned them. It helped some with the noise but there was still some noise. I was halfway through my stay and said I would prefer to not switch rooms. They sorted out some Bonvoy points. Breakfast was tidy and well stocked. On the day when there were multiple youth basketball teams the breakfast was getting picked through super fast. The SpringHill employees were refilling as fast as they could and did great considering it was like waves and surges of people. I noticed the oatmeal was out and asked for some. The gentleman Carlos popped by to tell me when a fresh new container was out. Carlos like the front desk team has a work ethic and quality and is inherent over learned. They are a collaborative sweetheart of a staff. I popped into the hot tub the first night after my flight. It holds like 6 or so people. The knob to turn it on is on the wall above a big red button. There were a few families playing in the pool. It is a good sized space but I would anticipate planning on sharing the space with other people be it adults, families or kids from sports teams. I found the pool area and water to be clean and well kept. There was a seating area out back that I did not have a chance to experience. In the Thanksgiving Point complex there is a restaurant, ice cream place and another restaurant spa further back so there are some walkable meal options close to the hotel. I had Uber Eats deliver during my stay without any issue. Remember to connect your Convoy account so you get extra points. I would stay here again if I wanted to be near Thanksgiving Point and the gardens. I like that everything was as depicted and expected cleanliness and facilities wise.
