Absolutely horrible! I would give Woodstack zero stars if I could. I placed an order on December 13th. They provided an order confirmation number. Today is the 22nd, and they created a UPS shipping label and that's it. I tried calling their customer service number and it was out of service. I tried using the chat feature, and it said someone would get back to me when available. I sent them an email in the morning and never heard back. I tried calling one of their local stores and the girl I spoke with said she couldn't help me and asked if I wanted to speak with her manager and I said yes. Then she goes to get them, comes back on the phone and asks if I could call back in a half hour to an hour because the manager is busy. Needless to say, I never got to speak with anyone at all, not by phone, Chat or email. I put in a claim with my credit card company to dispute the charge. Placed an order with them a few weeks ago using ZIP. I never received an order confirmation from WOODstack. I tried chatting with them online and was told they don't have any order from me. They asked me for an order number and I told them I don't have one because I never got an email from them yet I'm still being charged for the order by ZIP. About a week ago I received a chat from them saying my order was delivered. I never received the order. I looked at the picture of the delivery. It wasn't delivered to my house. I chatted back and told them I didn't receive the order. I didn't get a response back. Its been a week. I then. emailed them about my order also. They emailed me back asking for my address. I entered the store after seeing an Instagram post indicating they dropped a new shoe. Upon entering I was asked if I needed help. I asked to purchase a shoe on the display . The Manager of the store then proceeded to tell me to "Get the fuck out of my store". I was told because they weren't selling the shoe to the people outside I must leave as well. Buy all my Levi's at HOJ. owner is a nice guy, they're really helpful and they even tailor your jeans FREE OF CHARGE. They recently redid the store and it looks great, and from what I can see, the prices haven't changed to cover the cost of the reno. I just bought a pair of Levi's jeans at House of Jeans. The price was $49.00. I was looking at Macy's 3 day sale e-mail I had received after my purchase. Macy's sale price is $39.99 Macy's regular price is $42.00 The suggested retail is $58.00 I just went back to the store and the owner gave me the difference from his wallet. He knew the value of a customer. I will continue to shop there because of the service and convince, but i will check the bigger stores for prices before I go there. read more

Evidently House Of Jeans sold their business to WOODstack. HOJ was great! Loved the one-on-one interaction. They made you feel like a person. Not so for WOODstack. My wife, son and I went in to finally get my son out of wearing sweatpants and into jeans. The salesperson didn't have a tape measure to measure his size, and didn't understand why he would need one in a clothes store (seriously!). Ok, maybe I'm expecting too much from a newer generation. To make it really blunt, we hijacked the ONLY changing room (yes, there are LOTS of changing rooms, but they're either blocked by equipment or filled to the top by cases of WOODstack bottled water!). The selection of jeans were horrible. there were only 2 stacks of jeans priced at ~$50, and the rest were ~$200. I won't be going back to them. read more
