I CAN order it from Rhinebeck Art Supply in New Paltz and I do but Catskill is closer and I'd gladly get it from there when I purchase other items. I used to live in NYC and shopped at New York Central Art Supply and it was a pleasure and a great place. For an art supply store not to be able to order certain items is inexcusable. If you need it and it exists they should be able to order it. Bad business practice. If you are reading this try the stuff it's amazing. New Paltz will have it in the store in a couple of weeks. It blends right into the other small antique shops on Partition St, as they have a large collection of decorative iron hooks and door knockers outside when they're open. They also have other antiques available inside. The shop is run 100% by the couple that owns it, and they do all the framing themselves. I brought them probably 5-10 items these last few weeks and they were very helpful in picking out frames. Prices were very fair, and they were able to find solutions when what we picked turned out to be too expensive. Everything was done within a reasonable amount of time as well. I don't have much time else left to frame, however I will go out of my way to use these guys again!
