The two young men who unloaded me, agreed the load was done well but could not believe it took 9 hours!!! they unloaded in 2 hours. A few things were broken and not from unload. they were actually poor packing decisions and one was maybe because of bumps from driving. I wanted to be happy with the $1200 LOAD ONLY...but unfortunately I was not and their review system doesn't ask for details. I was, however very happy with the quick moving unloaders that handled everything with care when I arrived in Arkansas. "Mindful Movers" recommended by Uhaul. I do wish I had taken U-Haul's recommendations for loading in OKC. Now I know.
