Damaged a dryer that was a year old and only used five to ten times as I wasn't staying in that house much. The workers put the front of the dryer against the moving dolly with no cloth. Scratched it all up. Damaged walls on a new build. A worker is on video slinging a vital cord for my relax the back chair with zero gravity, heated and massage functions. Plugged it in and at first it didn't work. Folllowed the wires and tried. It now works most of the time I think. Mr. Cannon was aware of all the damages except the new 43" tv as I didn't put it up until Fri Dec 13 when I saw the scratch and plugged it in. He was not aware also of the cord being slung around until I reviewed the video when it did not work. Owner was texting me and then ghosted me on Dec 18. Told him repeatedly I did not want to post or do anything as I knew the importance of small business and customer service. He tok off $50 dollars for the damages he knew about. So $900 instead of $950. I paid.... He was a nice guy and a fireman so thought he would do what is right. He said he would have to pay in our texts, and that is what he got for hiring employees. I found Ethon via Yelp after he responded to my quote request in less than 15 minutes. I called him right away and he offered to do a walkthrough the next day in order to get me a quote ASAP. When he arrived at the house, he was professional, polite, and friendly, like a brother who happens to know his way around the house. No more than 48 hours went by before he messaged me his quote. It took a couple of visits before he completed all of the jobs we negotiated due to the electrical issue that needed some serious troubleshooting, but Ethon was happy to come back until the job was completed to his liking. We love the results. Overall, this was an extremely positive experience. Not only was the paint professional and our lighting fixed, but I feel like we also made a friend out of this.
