Poor customer service…read more We bought a trailer brand new last summer. Before we got off of the lot we already were told we could not use the outdoor kitchen because of a recall. Not a huge deal but a bit disappointing since the outdoor kitchen was what sold us. We used it for one trip and nothing but problems (e.g., frame was bent, ice maker installed incorrectly, major structural issues). We brought it back after one month (July 2022) and it has been sitting being fixed until now (April 2023). Now, it is finally ready to be picked up after being fixed, almost a year later. However, we were told repeatedly that they would make it right since we were sold what they acknowledged was a dud. We had asked to just return it right then and there. They said to wait it out. This message was given to us repeatedly during this year. Now, after a year and no resolution they said we can trade it in (with a loss of $16,000 because it's now over a year old). It has been nothing but a huge headache for my family. We saved for this trailer for years and were only able to go on one trip out the of the many that we had planned during the last camping season. There has been over 100 hours spent back and forth with the dealership trying to get a resolution. All of this was after we purchased the trailer and the dealership telling us that our truck could not pull the trailer despite us telling them right from the start the vehicle we had and the weight limit. We originally had a smaller trailer and mind but they suggested the larger one because our truck supposedly could pull it. We had to go buy a new truck since we had already purchased this trailer. I would be very cautious of buying a trailer there because there is very little support. As soon as I wrote the honest review, the owner (Don) sent a text message demanding that our trailer be picked up in less than 24 hours or he would give it away. I would say that speaks volumes to the professionalism at the dealership.
