He also insisted on charging us 3% of the total for using a debit card, which is the same as writing a check - banks do not charge businesses for debit card charges. We love the staff, but it's apparent the new owner is intent on gouging clients...sorry, we're taking our business elsewhere - "A sign of the times."

First time to this groomer and not a fan. First the owner…read moregot a bit of an attitude with my husband regarding the cut. She said well I'm the master groomer , well we are the paying owner! The staff was very friendly not going to deny that; however when we went to pick her up she was in a kennel which I specifically asked not to put her in there. I was not too happy about her cut as it is uneven along her sides and stomach. Then when we got home noticed she has what looks like razor burns on both sides of her head where it is cut way too short. This is unacceptable, you state you are a master groomer but don't listen to what your customers are asking you to do. How would you like to go for a haircut and come home with a shaved face that looks like it was done with a dull shaver? Lesson learned and will not be back.

I only have two complaints. They have a rotating staff so I never know what my dog is going to look like when I pick him up. I cross my fingers. I've only had twice where I was disappointed other than that all the cuts have been great. I do wish they would point out extras because I always notice after I leave that there's something like color I would've gotten They are also a little more expensive than the other places around. My dogs haircut cost more than mine. all in all I definitely recommend
