The staff was very friendly not going to deny that; however when we went to pick her up she was in a kennel which I specifically asked not to put her in there. I was not too happy about her cut as it is uneven along her sides and stomach. Then when we got home noticed she has what looks like razor burns on both sides of her head where it is cut way too short. This is unacceptable, you state you are a master groomer but don't listen to what your customers are asking you to do. How would you like to go for a haircut and come home with a shaved face that looks like it was done with a dull shaver? Lesson learned and will not be back.

They also did not do what was asked. The treatment was awful from start to finish. Very nasty experience -- I would never recommend this place to anyone who cares about their pet.
