She is a delightful woman who patiently and enthusiastically listened to my goals, helped me decode a couple of YouTube terms and even sent me to another yarn shop when she didn't have what I needed. Her enthusiasm, patience, kind support and responses felt genuine and, if she'd been running a class today, I would have stayed.
