Communication was top notch and his vibe set my mind at ease. 2 ladies, Renata and Silmara showed up on time and were incredibly professional. They were very nice and hustled the entire time and worked hard for 7 hours cleaning more than I even expected. Marcelo explained there was no extra charge if time went over as it was a flat rate for the size of my home.
