DO NOT USE. I gave this business every opportunity to make this right, because a bad review hurts a small business - especially in these times. But I had to I write this review, because this was such a ridiculous experience. The job simply wasn't done right. As you can see from the pictures, the "finished product" is shoddy work. There's still stains on the grout and blue stains where the toilet leaked. When we did the initial walk through I took the service technician to the bathroom, and I told him that the blue stains were a major concern. He said, "Yes, ma'am we'll take care of that for you." At the end of the service, I went directly back to the blue stains, and he said, "No ma'am we won't be able to get that out. I'll have my wife message you with the name of a product that will fix that up for you." How absurd. I hired them to do the job so I didn't have to. I didn't hire them to give recommendations on how to do the job myself. (By the by, no one ever followed up with me to provide this recommendation). Even so, I paid them because they assured me that "there's no way to get the stains out without another treatment." The service was on Saturday. On Sunday, I realize just how bad of a job they did, as I was able to get the stain up myself using vinegar. This certainly pissed me off. I had to work, so when I got a chance on Monday to message them - I did. I wanted to give them an opportunity to fix. They refused because (1) I paid despite being dissatisfied - (well, what would you have me do? They're in my house assuring me no better job could have been done.); (2) I waited too long to message them about the problem (I told them during the walkthrough that they had failed to deliver the promised result, and I again messaged them a whole 48 hours later); (3) they said they did a larger area than anticipated (as if that somehow explains why they did a terrible job). Also, I expect a professional would adjust the pricing if the area was - in fact larger than original anticipated. I gave them the square footage and they gave me a quote. No one said anything before the service started; (4) They also said that because I hadn't gotten my grout cleaned for years that it couldn't get more clean than it was. As noted, I let vinegar sit and I got the stain up myself. I cannot believe how unreasonable this business was. Please review the pictures. These are the same pictures I showed the business when I asked them to make it right. Somehow they weren't embarrassed by this result and stood by their shoddy work. So be it. Do not hire them to clean grout. Friendly people, but when they spent half the time on carpet and the other half on grout I should have known the job wouldn't be done properly. Grout is a bigger more expensive job. You would think they would have put the time in. Thinking about how much I spent for that service I'm very disappointed. My maid service mentioned I should get the grout cleaned (after they cleaned it). That's how bad the service was. Reply to Torryeon G. Your business did offer to fix the hole in the wall. That was frustrating enough that I didn't even think about the tile and grout work. I actually do not see any thread of conversation where I responded about the tile and grout work. Can you show me? I honestly was not going to complain at all, but the fact people don't see how I paid $1700 for this work led me to realize how lackluster it may be. This is not work I've have done before so I went in with an open mind regarding expectations. It wasn't until I started painting the floorboards (maybe days later) I realized major imperfections in the work. The business literally has a similar complaint on here already which supports my feedback. Never would I want to bash a business so much, and I honestly wish we would of spoken after I wrote the Angie review. You have to have some sort of empathy regarding someone moving into a new home and wanting things done a certain way. As you may have noticed there were many things going on, and maybe I should have taken more of an active role in addressing the work more directly, I'll take ownership of that. Horrific customer service. The lady on the phone was so rude when I asked her about the different options and pricing. I could barely ask my question as she kept interrupting me and making assumptions about the state of my carpet. Then she threatened to disconnect the call before I could even finish my question.
