Two cashiers and a manager could not figure out how to process the return. FINALLY. 40 minutes later, a fourth employee comes to the register and finally got it figured out. Really? Really? I still can't believe the lack of common sense these people have. I thought I was being Punk'd by Ashton Kutcher. I've never had a more horrible return experience in my life. Be careful what you buy at Kohls.com. Employees have no idea how to process an on-line return. It will take a minimum of four employees, and A LOT OF TIME to get it resolved.
