I dropped by here last weekend to check out the current exhibiting local artist. They showcase a specific artists every couple months, showing artwork throughout the wall space in all the common areas, mostly in the waiting/lounge and hallways. The main space consists of several distinct areas: 1) the reception area directly outside the elevators; 2) upon entering the main door, two open lounge areas open directly to the left and right; 3) a central lounge area and modern bar-height long table, 4) about 8 small - large meeting rooms directly flanking areas 2 and 3; 5) a kitchen area with Dogfish Head beer on tap, with a full functional kitchen minus a stove; and 6) smaller personalized offices and lockers with a small kitchenette area around the back hallway. The facilities look pretty new and clean, very useful to hold classes, client/vendor meetings, mixers, or other business events. There are printers, telephones in the conference rooms and lockers for storage also available.

They are constantly making upgrades and coming up with new offerings to foster community and professional growth. The space itself is beautifully designed for a peaceful, cozy, and inspiring environment. My clients frequently make mention of how nice it is and I can tell it has an impact on their experience. Logistically, I have a hybrid virtual and in-person practice and paying for real estate would be my biggest overhead cost. I didn't want to sign a rental agreement that wouldn't fit my situation or have the flexibility that I need. It's also a fantastic option for folks who are just starting their practice or who have a part time practice. At Be Well, I can increase or decrease the amount of time I use, and it isn't restricted to certain days of the week if my or my clients' schedules change. It really is the best of all worlds - I get office space with a luxury feel, flexibility in scheduling, fair pricing, and networking and community events with my colleagues. This was definitely one of the best investments I made for my practice.
