Hired to repair/replace foundation piers. Said he would remove failed footings, dig below frost…read moreline , install new 8" thick footings and lay new 16x16 block piers. Instead he slopped a little sackcrete on top of failed footings and put some 6" block "piers" in. Lied about what he would do and did horrible work. I filed with the Magistrate and won my case. He was told to give my money back in 30 days. It has been 69 days and he still hasn't refunded the money and I doubt he will. Terrible contractor. Very dishonest.
