This spa is exactly what I've been searching for. They offer an incredible variety of wellness and beauty modalities all in one place, and most importantly, everything is high-quality, spotless, and extremely well maintained. They have two excellent medical-grade red light therapy systems, tanning beds, spray tanning, a sauna, the Cocoon Wellness Pod, CryoLounge, and so much more. One of my favorite things is that services are available on a walk-in basis, so there's no need to schedule appointments. And I rarely have to wait for anything! After a brief google and Yelp search, I decided to try out The Bronzetique and I was not let down! The studio was super easy to find w the helpful directions given, and I was even able to be seen a bit early which was fab. Stefani was extremely thorough w the airbrush and we had a great conversation too! After showering, I could immediately tell that this was one of the best quality tans I've ever had, the color was perfect and exactly what I was looking for and it was SO even throughout! I had my event last night, and the color hasn't faded at all (got my tan on Tuesday morning so it's been about 3 days). I'm so so happy with my results and know that this will definitely last me through my events for the rest of the weekend. The only downside is that she's not located in NYC! I'll definitely be coming back whenever I'm in town!

I came in around 10:10 AM to cancel my membership after only using it a handful of times in the…read morepast several months. At check-in, I was immediately asked if I had a new card. I explained that I did, but I had still been charged the monthly fee. I requested to cancel my membership, and I was told I would need to pay the current month before being able to do so. I showed proof from my bank app that the payment had already been successfully processed and posted to my account. I was told it "only attempted to charge," even though the transaction clearly showed the funds leaving my account. After that, I was told there was nothing that could be done in-store and that I would need to contact corporate instead. The interaction felt dismissive, and since the location isn't open until Monday, I'm left unable to resolve it in person. Overall, the way that they treated me at the end is grounds for me to never go back there again. As soon as I mentioned, canceling the membership, their attitude changed drastically not even providing me a number for corporate . I wonder how many people have double paid on memberships just to cancel for this reason. After I made this post, I realized that they took out two charges for that month and we're still claiming that I needed to pay!!!!!!! Fraudulent vibes!
