I've had…read morean on-and-off yoga practice ranging from beginning to "intermediate" (in quotes because in yoga we never really stop learning-- who's to say what intermediate even is?). I've attended most of Brandi's classes. Even as someone who "knows their stuff" about yoga, I found that many of her classes provided the space needed to continue refining and honing important parts of yoga-- stances, alignment, balance, control, etc. She has a very gentle style rooted in strength (again, reflective of her personality)-- very hatha. I would recommend any of her classes if you are new to yoga, looking to improve mobility and strength, or looking for a general, gentle space to do your daily practice. VERY good for anyone who wants a gentle yoga practice. I would also add that the studio space is BEAUTIFUL and very comfortable; she also has some goods she sells out front.
