The owner is an absolute sweetheart, very knowledgeable as she's been doing airbrush for years. She made my little girl feel at ease and the tan developed gorgeous and flawless. She looked amazing on stage. Whenever we are in Louisville again I will not hesitate to book another tan here.

I work 2 jobs and run a household by myself so a lot of times I come in close to closing time cause that's the only time I can get there. I did some rearranging and was able to fly and get there at 11:54 yes they close at midnight I've apologized over and over I hate running in last minute but tonight they wouldn't open the door for me and was rude as hell. it wasn't midnight. I use spray tan and do it properly 2 maybe 3 times a month and pay 78$ a month. no that's really the point but definitely should be able to come in and tan no matter what time as long as it's before the actual closing time. another lady in parking lot told me they've had the door locked for almost 15 min. their attitudes. I understand things happen however I had been having her do my hair for almost three years and requested several times that she not switch products which she did that day and has admitted to in messages. She rescheduled me for a Saturday three days later but then cancelled on me last minute to fix it saying she had a family obligation. I was nice and said that was fine. I offered to pay for the correct products myself for her to keep in stock since I have gone very frequently over the years. Then she did not even contact me again for 4 more days to return to get it fixed and then her offer was late in the afternoon on a Wednesday asking me to come in the next morning (a Thursday at 9 am) when I clearly had to be working. She offered no other correction appointment only messaged to ask for a curling iron I had borrowed which I did return and I smiled and was nice to everyone there but she was with a customer so I could not talk to her. I then requested that she return my payment or fix it and she then finally said ok she would fix it if I paid the difference between the amount I paid and fixing my roots (which really would be the same i would think because to fix this she would have had to bleach again right?). I said okay that is fine what times do you have Monday.... The she made up some excuse about me being disrespectful of covid when I was the only person in the establishment wearing a mask, which made no sense. THEN she changed her mind and said no you're rude I refuse to refund you or fix it. Who wouldnt be upset walking out and left like this for WEEKS after paying someone over $3000 in 2 years ? Plus awesome tips every time except this one when I left with marigold orange roots. I have recommended this place to so many people but I was unaware that if things did not go well then Erin would just write off her customers, which is what it feels like. It truly seems that she just did not want to eat the cost of fixing my hair a third time.

The facility itself is "clean" and in order. Wait times are minimal, if any at all (honestly, rare). Only complaint: BATHROOM DRAIN. The restroom itself is super clean. The drain smells like a sewer. I'm not giving Sun Tan City a "ding" on that. It's the problem of the property owner.

I realized the next day after I washed my hair and messaged her for a correction. She told me via text that she did what I asked, and "you just aren't happy with anything." I sent her a picture of my bangs clearly hanging below my eyebrows when I asked for them to be cut above my eyebrows. She said, "I do not have time to argue with somebody who is not listening." I tried to call the salon several times, but nobody is picking up the phone. I have been with other stylists at The Edge for the past 4 years with very positive experience, but this really shocked me. I am going to have to pay another salon to cut my hair just days after paying for this hair cut.
