It looks amazing, but more importantly it is extremely clean. I felt very comfortable using the beds, and being in salon. They do require appointments to avoid people crowding in the lobby area, as well as temperature checks and face masks when you are not in your assigned room. Unfortunately right now they do not have airbrush tanning but they do offer booths, which work just as well! And of course as always the staff is always so nice and helpful. I was so glad to be back and will definitely be in more often as I can be sure of cleanliness and safety of their facility.

I walked in today and tried to tan buuut was told my package has expired and that the salon had changed ownership last week. This wasn't information that was provided to me upon purchase of the package. Forthcoming closure of the business that held the package wasn't announced or made public either. So basically I just lost a bunch of money and the new business owners kinda shrugged and smiled and offered to sell me a new package. Uhhh. No. I bought one. I didn't get to use it. It didn't expire. They sold their business. It was my bad luck. So while that might just be that, it's also just poor customer service. And it's a lousy integration strategy for the former customer base. You'll have a poor customer retention rate, I'm gonna bet. Overall, C- !!!I'm over it. When I could get in there during their limited hours everything was very rundown, old, NOT lux. Everything, like, creaks. It's like a sad strip mall with tumbleweeds. I'd make a little more of an effort if it were me investing in that business - just sayin. But hey, I'm just a customer.
