I paid for a membership at this gym, because I was working out with a friend and test the gym out. Well, we stopped working out and I submitted a letter to cancel my membership in February 2026. I received and email that my cancelation letter was received and that it will be cancelled. Today is May 2026 and I received a text message from anytime workout that my payment was not received and that I needed to call them. I was confused due to me cancelling the subscription. So, I called the customer service number and was told that my membership is showing active. I was furious, because how is my membership still active when I canceled it. I had to go find the email of cancelation and forward it to another email address, that is going to take 5-7 business days to review. I told them that I am disputing with my bank ASAP. Because this is ridiculous on how these gyms give such a difficult time to cancel membership. This is robbery and, in this economy, you can't make someone work out at your facility. Do better!!! I should of listen to my first thought when I saw other negative reviews about the cancelation process. Yall should be ashamed. read more

DO NOT GIVE THESE PPL YOUR CREDIT CARD or debit card. They will bill you $69 for the first month,$29 for the second month, and continue to bill you after you have given a 30 day notice $49. STAY AWAY the whole place has an odor and the equipment is wore out. Folks use it as a hangout to talk about basketball and hog up the equipment. DO NOT GO HERE !! I started going to this gym in September the down payment was 43.99 i paid that. So the next time i was supposed to charge my card was October 11th but i paid $23 dollars on the 5th of October just to pay it early and now on the app its saying i owe 75 DOLLARS and won't let me cancel the membership. I DO NOT KNOW where the extra charges came from but first it was 49.98 then couple hours later they tried to charge me 69.86 now today it's 75 dollars. I only been at this gym for a month. Had a good time working out while visiting G.A. The women here was nice and kept the machines cleaned. She also was informative and seemed real chill. While on my guest pass, she had the day off on a Saturday and one of the staff which claimed he didn't work there but worked there(confusing) said I couldn't work out that day cause there was no staff but he clearly worked there and seemed to be knowledgeable about the policy's. Seen him every time I worked out and he was unwilling to let me work out. Beside the muscle head hater. I had a good experience. Will definitely pull up again. read more

I am in LOVE with this gym. It makes me actually wanna go to the gym. This is bout the best thing that's came! Lol. I'm so serious. All their machines are new. They have machines that other gyms nearby don't have. They have great perks. It's super clean and I'm hoping they keep up with the cleanliness. Their staff is super nice and helpful. I was able to get my friend a free month trial. If that deal is done.. they have this cool one I bought for my sister (who doesn't live by me)... for $5 she gets 5 entries into the gym whenever she wants. I'm not sure if they're still doing that or if that was only a Christmas promo. Their prices are reasonable and they have different options available. Please stay foreverrrrr. Oh... and it's 24hrs with a dry cleaner, Pizza Hut, and a cool market (Eden Fresh) right next to it. We always go to the gym and walk next door to the market. :) read more

Misleading advertising about guest privileges. Their staff told me I could bring a guest in for free and my guest ended up being charged $5 to workout. However, any guest 18+ with a local ID can get a 14-day FREE trial. NO SENSE! Beware when joining this gym. Don't let them lie to you just to get you to sign up! read more

Worst customer service. I called to cancel my membership due to being pregnant and Covid-19 pandemic. I was told it was canceled. Now I check my credit report as I do periodically and see something from workout anytime. I went in to get information and I was told I never cancel. Spoke with the gym manager and he informed me it was my responsibility to know the contact and that I needed to pay one more month of the month to month and my card "expired". I believe it's the team's responsibility to say "per the contract" and explain any fine print since i went past my contract of 1 year. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM! Mike should be interested in providing training to his staff, unfortunately his staff never lasted more than 2-3 months while I was in there and now I have to pay an additional 200$ to get this off my credit! read more

The staff is super professional and friendly. My membership is very cheap being that its 24 hours it doesnt get any better than this! I was a little worried about going to the gym after all that's going on with Covid-19 but the girl at the front is constantly cleaning maybe a little on the OCD but it gives me great peace of mind. read more

I joined this WOA location on 9/21/2020 The young lady that assisted me with signing up for my membership was very professional and helpful. She was very thorough with explicating the membership and the member rules. I even commented to her manager, Mark, about how exemplary she was with her customer service. A few days later when I returned, I noticed this staff member was not working but a young lady who wasn't very friendly at all. Upon entering the club, she would barely speak, which didn't set well with me. After a few times of experiencing this, I brought it to that same manager's attention. Mark was very thankful that I brought this to his attention and he assured me that he would address it. I did notice some change in the attitudes of those staff members I spoke to him about as far as greeting me when entering the club, however they remained complicit in their duties of enforcing the club rule that was shown to me on the day I signed up which states "member are not allowed to have bags in the work out area". I cited this "rule" to staff members and the management on more than one occasion at more than one gym location. When asked about this rule to one staff member at the McDonough location, he stated to me that "members were allowed to have their workout bags on the floor with them", until I showed him on the "Club rules sheet" that they were NOT supposed to be on the workout floor with any bag at any time. I was shocked that he was unaware of this. I called the gym to speak to the supervisor named Zelly. He seemed irritated because I made it known that I was not comfortable with this being allowed because someone could have a weapon that could potentially cause harm to other members. I also cited the Membership agreement that states... "Member agrees to obey all rules and conditions of membership contained in this agreement and future rules and conditions prescribed by the Club." He said I was "nit picking" and without my consent, immediately cancelled my membership from the Club. read more

I moved from another local gym to Workout Anytime on Tara Rd in Lovejoy about a year ago and it was a terrific decision. I have exercised consistently my whole life and have not been without a membership at some health club in 47 years. When I tell you this gym is managed well, clean, fully equipped, and conducive to a good workout experience you can take it to the bank. The owner set up an environment that paid attention to sanitizing your equipment after every use (at least 5 spray bottles per room and towels that are changed several times a day) WAY BEFORE THERE WAS A PANDEMIC. I once saw him grab some folks and ask them to re-rack their weights and spray down their benches when they were on their way out the door and he has trained his friendly staff to do the same. The staff regularly, and I mean daily, wipe the cardio equipment and weight machines down top to bottom. Now with the Corona-virus I feel perfectly safe to use THIS gym to keep me in good health. Exercise keeps me fit and feeling good, keeps my respiratory system strong and I always sleep best when I am consistently attending to my program. I am following the guidelines of the CDC and only going to the grocery store, right by the gym and then to Workout Anytime which I can promise you is more sanitary than the grocery because of the constant sanitizing throughout the day and the smaller quantity of people in attendance at any given time. The owner of this gym is to be commended for his attention to detail in creating a Health club that truly serves the best interest of his patrons. Bravo read more
