People are actually working out and not standing around talking; not blocking the machines and weights which is one of my largest pet peeves in the gym. The gym was very clean and the staff was very knowledgeable. Safety was another big factor for me. When arriving many times before sunrise or very late at night, the facility is locked down. The cameras and members only entrance is very secure. It is also night to see local police force working out after or before shift change.

The pricing is very reasonable--$99 for 15 spin classes per month is an excellent value for the quality you're getting. If you aren't an employee of Delta, there are a couple other small gyms nearby that you don't need to be an employee to visit. This is a pretty good gym for how small it is. There really is something here for everyone, from machine users to powerlifters to yogis to TRXers to CrossFitters. There are quite a few machines, both cardio (ellipticals, treadmills, rowers, and bikes) and weight (cable machines, as well as the run-of-the-mill muscle isolation machines). Additionally, there is a large free weight area, including dumbbells, barbells, squat racks, and a lifting platform. There are also plyo boxes, all sorts of balls, and stretching/rolling aids. They have a pretty good class schedule and variety of offerings, especially on weekdays, and the entire gym is open every day except holidays. The locker/shower rooms are really nice and big. For a small fee, they also offer massages. Fees are reasonable (you can get a day pass for $5 if you are here for a short time), and totally worth it to get a major upgrade over the local hotel "gyms."

Everyone I've come in contact with has been friendly and the people that work here seem to really enjoy what they do. There's also a play center for kids to go to while you workout so there's no excuse to get moving! The space is clean and big enough to where you don't feel suffocated by others in the gym.
