Great gym. Doesnt ever seem crowded so i can get in and get out. Plus they just added a Sauna.

It's a great small gym. Pretty clean compared to most. The minus star is for the chemical warfare being fought around mid day when the gym is somewhat packed. Can finish my set under that scent when they are cleaning. But that's a sacrifice for a clean gym. read more

Decided to stop by to get signed up for the trial membership. Staff gave a nice tour and explained the special they currently had running for memberships. Great looking facility, tons of equipment, and clean! I got the 7 day trial and decided to back to workout a different day. I was told to come back during staffed hours for my trial. When I showed up it was a Thursday at 6pm (they are staffed until 8pm), the door was locked and I could not get in I tried calling and no one answered the phone. I waited around for 5 minutes and still nothing. This was a pretty poor experience for my first time there. Strongly reduced chance of getting the full membership after that. read more

So I recently joined the gym about 2months ago but I wanted to wait awhile before writing my review; that way I know it's an honest one from some experience. The first day I came in, I had just wanted to make inquiries about the place concerning the 14days tryout period and all, look around and see how I felt in the environment. I met the manager Dalton and the owner and they made me so comfortable with the place such that I just signed up right away without bothering with a tryout and all. Though still skeptical I kept coming looking out to see if anything will change with either how clean the gym is, the way the staff treat me or just anything basically but that hasn't happened. Dalton and Stephanie always address me by my name which if you see, isn't easy to remember or say correctly but they always get it right which makes me smile. They have a really nice hydromassage bed...... awesome ,they also have a react machine which by the way is still kicking my ass but not for long hopefully With their help and guidance I have been having wins with my overall health and fitness journey which is really great. You can sign up without a contract amongst other perks You need to come by and see for yourself. I'm really enjoying the place. read more

We'll leave some of our machines broken-down for MONTHS at a time but we are willing to share our excuses when asked about when the machine will be returned to functional. read more

I keep saying every Workout Anytime location is the best, but the Suwanee location is definitely the cleanest (gym equipment and locker room). I regularly visited the Dunwoody and Buckhead location, which are relatively clean, but nothing compared to the Suwanee location. I would choose the locker room/showers at Suwanee in a heartbeat. Overall, the place looks cleaner and newer. Additionally, there are plenty of regulars who make casual conversation with each other. I like to focus on my workouts, but it's nice to see strangers chat about their workouts. Very friendly staff and customers. In general, as a gym, it's 24 hours with plenty of cardio equipment and free weights for your workout needs. I just wish they had a rowing machine, like the Buckhead location. Otherwise, a great gym with everything you need for a great workout. read more

Now that they have moved around staff, I am not a fan. They seem to not be as personable as they used to be. They are also not always available when the hours are posted that they would be. Was thinking of going back there to enroll again but, I won't due to the lack of customer service. read more

After having my daughter two years ago, I was out of the gym scene for a while. Upon my search for a new gym, I stumbled upon workout anytime. I loved that they had a two week trial, because it was important for me to find a good fit for my schedule. It's never too packed and the gym is always clean. Staff and other gym goers have anyways been friendly as well. I look forward to future workouts here! read more

I signed up for my membership at this gym back in 2015. They have super affordable rates and you have access to the gym 24 hours! I was so happy to find that most of the staff was friendly and the gym is super clean! All the equipment is new and works well. I just moved and will be working out at the Howell Mill location. I am so sad to leave this location though!! If you live close by, get a membership! read more

I have been a member here for 2 years now and I have zero complaints whatsoever. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The gym is always clean and all machines are always operable. I even dare any newcomer to train with Kayla, trust me you won't regret it! read more

Just bought in, everything looks good so far. First workout coming soon. The regrand opening fees are hard to resist, so basically you get youfit prices for anytime fitness quality. I'm in! They are scam. I joined 8/16/2018 and was excited to get on a facility close by and honest (!). They had a free trial on the website but they didn't offer me any. They told me I would have a the personal trainer but there as not any. They charged me $78 to sign up and asked me to sign a signature pad. Then I found out it was the application and they got the signature for another $49 annual maintenance fee right after. Be careful with what you sign with them. Don't trust them. read more

I've been with this gym since 2014 and was so impressed, I bought two years full membership. Their ULTRA FIT program was designed by a Mr. USA and has me down 40 lbs and still counting. The personal trainers are certified and very supportive. I see their other clients getting good results as well. The staff is helpful and friendly. I chose this place for convenience however I ended up really lucky and got a damn good gym with an excellent staff. read more

Great friendly staff. Brought my membership at a different gym, but visited this location for two weeks. Most are Small, but 24 hrs. My tall frame left me unable to use several machines at this location. I tried to always bring my headphone because they only played golden oldies and Hanson. Not a lot of people during the day. read more

These people are shady! I was a member and had a great trainer but, the head trainer Joe, fired her and took her clients. Then they tried to pressure me to renew my contract when I had six months left on my current one. They even put it on my credit card without my signature or consent! Then my trainer calls me at home trying to put more pressure to extend my contract. At this time I fired him and, I had $1600 remaining in my account. It took me from June until now, September 20 to get these crook maggots to return the money to my credit card. Then of course they sell WAY too many memberships so the place gets over crowded. My wife and I joined this location November 2014. The monthly rate was $25 and $15. Due to card fees we paid a total of $90 for the first month in advance. The annual fee of $29 X 2 to lock in the rate was also a waste of money the rates did not change. We used several trainers due to they kept leaving over the course of 8 months. They ranged from great to never mind I will google it myself. Nobody truly works there. It is the trainers whose only focus is on paying clients and the person at the desk who is usually watching Netflix or playing Clash of Clans. It's like once you stop paying for a trainer nobody so much as acknowledges your presence. My wife outgrew the gym and quite frankly I got tired of teenage kids letting in literally a dozen of their buddies to sling the weights all over the gym. There is only 10 people or less most of the time and yet somehow I am still waiting on a machine or weights. Very frustrating when you have to keep stopping your workout to wonder around the gym looking for the weights, equipment, etc. Also since no one actually works here I have seen people practically taking naps on workout benches or playing with their music or hoarding 3 or more sets of weights. Sometimes people needed to be reminded of gym etiquette but since no one works here it doesn't seem to matter. They did try to address the issue with not re racking weights with a sign saying there will be a charge but since it is probably unenforceable it did not change much. So anyway after being non existent since I stopped hiring a trainer there my wife and I found a new gym. We went to cancel which is funny why would you have to cancel if there is no contract right but of course there is. I can read English just fine and the contract does not actually say you can charge me for the next 45 days. it does not in fact say what you can charge. It just says let them know within 30 days if there have been substantial changes in the services. No there has not. I just simply want to join another gym. I paid in advance and gave you 3 weeks notice before the payment in advance for November is due but I am apparently still required to pay through November even though I gave notice on the 5th of October. Like I said when you are spending literally thousands of dollars on training sessions they love you. Once you stop they don't so much as say hi or go to hell when you walk in the door. Once we tried to cancel the "contract" my wife was insulted. Then tried to tell her everybody requires 30 days. That is absolutely not true. read more

Niegel is a cool guy who works there. Honest and informative. He told me about the gym and gave me a tour. Equipment looks new. There's a water massage therapy which is unheard of at most gyms. The gym is contract free and cheap per month. Looking forward to trying it out in the future after my gym contract expires. read more

LOVE this gym! Daniel, the manager, is so helpful whenever I need anything. I was on the Ultrafit program and loved it! Lost about 25 lbs so far. I have the best trainers. I first had Wardell and now have Matt. Love them both! read more
