It's something better--it's a supportive, tight-knit community of fitness enthusiasts who show up for each other every day and push through an intense 45-minute to 1-hour session together. The trainers aren't celebrity icons, but that's the best part. They're real, down-to-earth people who are incredibly fit and deeply knowledgeable about what they do. They motivate, guide, and genuinely care about your progress. If you live in or around the area, joining Stage 3 is honestly a no-brainer. I've got a hectic work life, and this place has become my sanctuary. It's the one hour of the day where I can disconnect, challenge myself, and feel grounded. Big thumbs up from me. Spacious shower/changing rooms and roomy pool decks allow you some elbow room, and the upper-deck stands give spectators a great vantage point to see their favorite swimmer shave a second off that PR. The secondary pool area is a little warmer and gives space for personal workouts while the main lanes are hosting team practices. And regardless you'll have year-round swim options here. If we didn't live in the hinterlands across the city, we'd enjoy frequenting for water adventures.

She gave me a blank stare and then said oh you mean 2 race. Ok. Rude. But ok yeah that. She proceeds to ask the boys had they ever been there before. 1 of my sons friends says yes. So she goes you need to go check him on the computer with a waiver first because he has a membership so you won't pay for that part for him. Here I am thinking oh she is being helpful after being wrong. I smile. We go to computers do the waiver for 1 boy as instructed. We go back to the counter now 2 more groups have come in. We have to wait behind 1 group now since there is only one cashier/check in person although there were at least 5 other staff in the building including a manager. Anyway after we wait for that group to check in. I step back to the counter and THEN she proceeds to tell me oh you didn't do the waiver for the other two. I'm like you told me to do it only for the one that had been here before. So again we step out of line and go BACK to the computers. At this time I'm starting to get annoyed. By this time more people are coming in, so now my boys will have to wait behind several big groups when we arrived before ALL of these people. When I finally get back to the counter.....all boys are checked in. She got RUDE again. And wanted to loudly explain pricing to me and make sure I knew that the boys only got a $10 game card for what I was about to pay. Like VERY loud. I didn't hear her do this with any of the other groups that checked in before us and I hate to say this.......none of them were my complexion. Never once was I rude or matching her volume or tone. We actually walked in that place happy because we were supposed to be celebrating. Well anyway it didn't stop there. Once we got checked no instructions were given on what to do next outside of the girl at the counter giving me my receipt and their game cards. So my boys walked over to where you line up to go on the track and yet another employee was RUDE to them by telling them to back away from the gate and wait for someone to call them. They are EXCITED to be here Jeesh, so then after she yells at them they come over to me saying they not going to let her ruin the joy. They finally get called to race and all the boys are overwhelmed after the employees stopped the cars several time or slowed their speed down all during the race. Then in between their first and second race we went to their "arcade" which only has 12 games......which none of them are less than 40 credits for 1 game. $10 gets you 200 in credits. While one of the boys was in the process of playing a game they got called back for their 2nd race. It was EVEN worse than the first one. We decided to opt out of trying their food and went somewhere else to grab lunch. 0 stars would not recommend.

We played several different games like wheel of fortune, family feud, and price is right. We had so much fun. After the games we returned into the first room and had food. I have been going to All Around Fitness for over 2 years and have lost over 30 pounds so far and currently still losing. What I love the most about the AAF is how professional and fun the owner Sanchez is and how he really cares about your overall fitness and health and how he makes working out fun. I used to HATE working out but ever since I joined AAF I actually look forward to going each day and having fun with the trainers and other people that are there working out with me. All the trainers are very knowledgeable and fun to be around. I would definitely recommend everyone I know to check them out. The prices are very affordable and definitely worth every penny. My son started going to AAF 3 years ago and i couldn't have found a better personal trainer for my son. Sanchez maximized his development as a football player and ultimately prepared him to play football at the collegiate level NCState Wolfpack!! I remember when he first opened this gym, and he would be on the side of the highway shirtless, doing workouts in the sun w cars passing by, with a poster promoting his gym. I started last summer with goals. All types of goals in terms of weight, body image, etc. I have never had so much success before. My trainer has motivated me more than I could ever imagine. Every time I step into the gym it's extremely clean and because it's so new I never have any problems getting to a machine. Anytime my family and I come in for a workout. What I love most is that this location is one of only a few that actually have turf that is going to be installed for any individuals that like to do push-pull workouts like I do To buy a black card membership is an absolute steal if you can get it for $20 a month which they had a promotion for presale that I was able to catch. And I'm extremely happy that this location is here. Of course they have all of the normal planet fitness amenities such as the Black card, spa, showers, lockers. The closest gym in the area that is similar to this one is crunch fitness and I like this gym a lot better because fortunately crunch fitness and LA fitness which are both in the vicinity are often crowded with 20-year-olds and their need to film their entire workout on a selfie stick, which I've almost tripped over a few times.
