I moved into my WorkSocial office in July 2016 after visiting a number of other co-working facilities. What attracted me to WorkSocial was the warmth that Shantanu and Natasha greeted with me. This space has a spiritual vibe to it, one that I haven't encountered with any other co-working space in my 5 years of entrepreneurial aspirations. What also stood out for me was Shantanu describing his business industry as 'Hospitality' as opposed to 'Real Estate'. Every startup gets its own private office which comes equipped with a whiteboard, new furniture, a storage mini-closet and more. On my first day, I was welcomed with a free 6-subject notebook and a positive noted that read 'Dont forget - no one else sees the world the way you do, so no one else can tell the stories that you have to tell.' That's what an entrepreneur seeks in order to do his best work - spiritual positivity. Last week, the founders saw my need to get an LCD monitor for projecting work onto, and surprised me with a TV in my office. The building is by the waterfront with incredible NYC skyline views and building infrastructure is excellent. There is 24/7 security concierge and each member gets an ID and fob key to access the building and office premises. There is a cleaning crew that is pretty friendly and does a thorough job of keeping the spaces clean. Office walls have inspiring quotes and messages written all over them, to keep the passion burning. There are three conference rooms, with advanced infrastructure - equipped with conference call phones, televisions, video meeting hardware and ample seating space. Technology is engraved into all operations including booking conference rooms, for which we use an app called Robin. There is staff to help with all set up (technical and otherwise). There is 24/7 access to the office space and I often see the Workspace CEO, Natasha Mohan hustling away over weekends, working on ideas to provide an evolved hospitality experience to all members at WorkSocial. The kitchen comes fully stacked with fruits, bottled water, coffee machine, complimentary coffee, a fridge, microwave and utensils. Weekly activities organized by WorkSocial for all its members include stretching, yoga, guitar learning sessions and flexible Friday massages (love them!). Members are also greeted with daily inspirational messages (emails) on various topics such as team building, leadership, health, etc. The environment at WorkSocial feels like a family, where we share resources, aspirations, highs and lows. Feedback is highly valued, which is refreshing to learn. The founders are also very well connected in the industry and successful professionals, thus making them valuable resources for all youth to get insights and advice from. I moved into Work Social with my team when they first opened. We were the second tenants there and we instantly fell in love with the environment. It truly is an inspiring place for startups and young professionals to grow their business. As cliché as this may sound, having a co-working space that provides everything you need but also goes above and beyond to aid in the growth of your company is more than I could've wished for. Every day I walk in to the office I take pride in the space and I appreciate Shantanu and Natasha for their efforts to provide a rich and communal environment. Work Social is in a beautiful location. There are common areas, conference rooms and a fully stocked kitchen. On top of that they offer meetings with legal and financial professionals. As well as meditation, tai-chi, massages even guitar lessons. This is a place that is impressive to clients but welcoming and fun for the tenants. The biggest take away that I have for the space is that it is THE space YOU curate. Shantanu and Natasha want to help accommodate your needs as a business. No other co-working space is taking the initiative to enforce happiness and growth. (I know for a fact I've visited plenty before landing at Work Social) They think of things a business needs and then provide tools, activities and forums for it. But they don't stop there. I was told about the atmosphere, and great working environment for startups and small firms, so I checked it out and was pleased to discover great amenities, networking opportunities and new contacts. The beautiful waterfront offices and connected with PATH and just across the Hudson River from NYC , location makes it convenient for me and my clients to travel to and from work. From the moment I walked inside to the building I felt so good and relaxed. This office space is gorgeous with ample space, large windows and amazing detail. I thoroughly enjoy working and meeting with my colleagues and fellow startup companies at this space! Multiple conference rooms, state of the art technology is a huge value addition from my prior office space. Have to mention other excellent perks come with the office space are, free but quality coffee, tea, water, tons of snacks, healthy drinks, fruits and healthy lunch which are so helpful and enjoyable. WorkSocial is an excellent solution for our small business needs. First of all, the staff are excellent in their care, their friendly attitude and attention to detail. Secondly, this is a prime office location in Jersey City, right across from Manhattan, just two steps away from the Newport PATH. Very efficient modern space with many pricing options to fit any budget, without compromising quality. In my case, for time being, I am renting a mail box with an office address at WorkSocial, and occasionally I might use a meeting room, paying hourly rate for it. There are other companies taking one or more office rooms and/or desks on a monthly rent basis. I know that when my company needs real office space, I will look no further! read more

This is a great shared office and conference room space in Jersey City. Top notch choice if you have the budget - compared to other New Jersey options it is a premium choice but that is because of the unmatched level of personal attention - the owners get to know you personally and help you grow! I had attended several sales training events and interacted with the CEO Natasha and her partner several times ( I currently cowork at another location - Office Evolution) They even offered a free yoga mat to take home after an intro yoga class and one time I got a free massage on a Friday. I recently attended a technical training class at WorkSocial office near the Newport Path station which is very accessible from/to NYC. The class required technology amendments capable of providing trading simulations and real-time market information. Connectivity was excellent which made for an outstanding overall training experience. The facility and classroom is clean, bright, and very comfortable. Large flat screens surrounding the room made the visual portion extremely effective. The service was excellent and catered to all class participants. If you are looking for a coworking space, look no further. I've tried a bunch of other coworking spaces and WorkSocial is by far the best. The culture and atmosphere is very nice. Perfectly fits how I envision a great work environment: Friendly people, bright rooms, healthy snacks, up to date IT. I've been working in the WorkSocial offices for about 3 months now and I have only great things to say. The owners and staff have been incredibly hospitable and generous, making sure that me and my co-workers are always happy and have everything we need. The office is very tidy and the kitchen is always stocked with a wide selection of healthy foods and drinks. WorkSocial is located steps away from the Newport path which makes commuting here a breeze, and even better it's located right off the water where there are amazing views of the NYC skyline.
