After going through lots of reviews, I decided on this Greenwich Village Mail Center,which I am so glad I did! First of all, the service itself is impeccable. Especially for mail box service, all mails are kept safe even I sometimes go to retrieve after over a month long vacation (and this time with this corona virus outbreak) ! If I get a package delivered, they will send you their own tracking via e-mails so I can track that specific package using password. You can drop off mails and boxes to be mailed with easy and fast ! If I have any question, I can send them e-mails to communicate anytime! Secondly, and more importantly, the customer service in person is even better. I just love going in there to get my mails and say hello to them :) The gentleman who runs this place is just so easy to get along with. He and his staff are also so understanding and always willing to accommodate you. Over the years of my life in NYC, this place has become my stable place. I have been a customer of Manhattan mailboxes for the last 2 years, due to the fact that I live…read morenext door to a criminal squatter who steals my packages. For the last 2 years I paid a total of $2,090.40 just to receive my packages which is a very large amount of money. When I called their Supervisor to let her know that I will not continue with my mailbox rental after the end of June. She immediately told me that they need an extra month's notice, and additional $87.10 just so the mailbox stays empty until someone decides to rent it. Because, I will not be using the mailbox. Outrageous and disgusting policy to basically charge an additional $87.10 for non-usage of a empty mailbox, just because the ownership is money hungry. I do not recommend this mailbox service to anyone, if you don't want to find out that after 2 years of being a customer this is how they will treat your loyalty and business. If I could give them a 0 stars, I would rank them as a big 0. !

We worked with Rafael (i believe) and he helped us for over an hour and over two days emailing, chatting and just keeping the good vibes going as we delt with this annoying task. He was helpful, kind and patient. This wasn't even an expensive print job but we had the best quality. I am planning on doing all of my wedding stationary with this location and am super greatful that they could help us with a last minute print job distaster.
