100 percent recommend! Brought in my car because all the warning lights on my car came on. The owner Ralph was so helpful, he popped the hood and noticed the brake fluid was a bit low. I asked him if he can top it off for me and did it with no hesitation. Told me to go test drive it for a few minutes and problem solved, all lights came off. I called him back to let him know and asked him if I needed to pay for the fluid. He said no need and gave me some other suggestions. Thank you so much! I recently moved to La Puente and was nervous about finding a good mechanic. Then my brakes locked up and I knew I wouldn't be able to drive far. I pulled in to the closest place I could find and wow, I was blown away by the whole World Auto experience. Not only is Ralph more friendly, honest and fair than words can say, but they had my entire braking system redone in a matter of hours. They were very detailed about exactly what needed to be done, (basically the whole braking system was shot,) I held my breath waiting to hear the cost and I could not believe the price- it was about the same as routine maintenance at the other chain repair shops (Pep Boys, Midas etc). They told me that it was clear that there had been a problem in my brake system for a very long time, but other repair shops were just slapping a bandaid over symptoms. No wonder I needed new brake pads every 6 months before! Driving away from World Auto was incredible- my brakes haven't been so firm & responsive since I bought the car. Thank you so much, Ralph.
