Coming from someone that hates dealing with cars (it's stressful and costly, I don't know enough about it, it's hard to trust a new mechanic) - I have really appreciated taking my lil' 2015 Honda Fit here :') I've visited R&N several times for different reasons: got my transmission fluid changed and a valve adjustment done, and asked for advice for my VTC actuator and catalytic converter which have been causing issues. Whether it was for a service or consultation/estimate, Mark has been patient to hear me out through my million questions and explain each process. He's never tried to pressure me to do a service I didn't need and their pricing is quite reasonable. He even threw in a brake inspection and O2 sensor test at no extra charge since I was already in for the valve adjustment! I'm most happy to have found a mechanic that actually listens to my concerns - thanks to Mark for being so sweet! I had an Evap code for a small leak in my dodge Durango v6 2015. Hesitation to start after filling up with Gas. Check engine light was on. Replaced three parts and another mechanic that did not solve the problem. I took it to.R & N complete auto repair and they figured out the problem quickly. The solenoid purge valve had to be replaced with a OEM original manufacture part. Truly a complete auto repair service. I will be returning to get my vehicles serviced here. I highly recommend. The price was fair, but expect to pay just a little bit more because they use manufacturer original parts that cost more than aftermarket but perform more reliably. read more

Thank you R & N auto for fixing my air conditioner. I found this gem through Yelp and thought I would give it a try. As a woman, not knowing what to expect, cost wise, Mark quoted me a price to diagnose the problem, and stated that it would go towards the repair, if I chose to have it fixed there. I had a quote prior to R & N, and was quoted a price, but it did not go towards fixing it. I was desperate to have my AC fixed. It was the beginning of August, and just started to get really hot. So, I took it, waited for it, and it was fixed. I'm glad I didn't have to drop it off and leave it all day. I did have to take it back to be looked at, but Mark took care of that, too. The first time 5 Stars***** I came here was a two years ago when my water hoses on my 2014 Chevy Cruze LT needed replacement, and they did a great job. Second time: 5 Stars***** My front brakes went out and the right side was grinding. I really didn't know the extent of the damage, however, the Mechanics talked me through it and let me know that the back breaks are still good, so that was a bit of a relief! They replaced my brakes and resurfaced my disk the same day for less than $500.00 and that was a deal. I came here about a month ago. If you are looking for a reliable shop, this is the one. Shout out to Mark. I had brakes wrongly done by another shop which came loose, both the brakes and the emergency brakes. I went back to that shop to see if they can fix their error, it worked until the end of the day and the same thing happened, and still, they charged me. Then I came here to R&N , where Mark helped me out with details of what the other shop did wrong, which helped me a lot with my bank chargeback and i was able to get my money back. I then asked if he can fix my brakes and he guaranteed he would do them right, to which he most certainly did! He also helped me out with putting new shocks since my car needed them as well. I would say they have fair pricing but I didn't mind paying since it was done right this time.
