It was a very busy day - I called at least 7-8 places and everyone was slammed. HMS was not only able to squeeze me in within 30 minutes, but was also the cheapest price. The service I received here was amazing. The staff was polite, attentive, and understanding they check on me as the customer to make sure I had water, a chair, and if I needed food. My BMW broke down on the freeway and I needed to find a shop quickly. Now mind you this was a day before Thanksgiving and most places close early or they were at their max for the day. When I called I explained my situation and without hesitation I was told to bring the car in to be serviced. I knew it might be expensive because it was a BMW but it wasn't what I thought more than I wanted to spend but it needed to get fixed. These guys are the best in what they do. I took my truck to two different mechanics. One was not able to get rid of the mass air flow sensor code P0171 while another mechanic told me that they wanted to change the entire engine? Not only they fixed all of the check engine light codes, but they also got rid of the TPMS light that is flashing next to it. I was hesitant to leave it there overnight because I was afraid of thieves coming in at night & cut my catalytic converter. They have a guard dog to watch at night. On top of that, they have a six-foot black gate that it is hard to see what's behind the gate when it is closed at night. When it comes to mechanics fixing your car, it's hard to trust people that will try to lie to you to make a quick dollar. Not these guys. They are upfront & honest with you from beginning to the end. Got weird screechy noises at the brake after a tire change. The kind of noise that makes you feel like your brake would fail any minute and cost you a $500 repair. We went in on a Saturday late afternoon. The mechanic Jerry got to it right away and fixed it in 5 minutes without having to take the wheels off. Only cost $25 which is like a min charge for the mechanic to work on a car (hourly rate is $107). Jerry is very friendly and professional. My experience with this business was absolutely awesome! I called for an estimate on brakes and rotors for a Toyota Tacoma and they gave me a fair quote. They were available to do it that morning so I brought in my truck and the service was done by noon, but before they began any work, they gave me a call and told me what the truck needed and didn't need. I ended up just getting the front brakes and rotors done. I appreciated their honesty in telling me that the back brakes and rotors were good for now and didn't need replacing at the moment. Brought our 2007 Honda Odyssey in for a Transmission rebuilt and it came out running smoothly as good as new! Our Honda had severe transmission issues to the point that we thought we had to buy a new transmission, which would be very costly. We brought our Honda to several places for transmission diagnosis and insights. Many places tried to upsell us on getting a new transmission which would be very costly for us but luckily we found HMS. I write this review is to express my satisfaction for my car repaired in HMS, and I would like say HMS is most professional vehicle repairing place I have seen so far and reasonable price as well as everybody in HMS is nice and attentive. My car Camry LE 2011, overheated and unable to start before sending to HMS. At the time the car was still able to drive but super high engine temperature indicated on dashboard, was sent to dealer to repair, cost more than $600 but nothing issue they discovered, a few days after, the car was completely stalled, a mechanic from other repair shop told me that the engine was damaged needs to be replaced, so I searched information on Yelp, then I decided to send the car to HMS, they checked and told me that the engine doesn't damage, some parts need to replace on engine, and the cooling system leak, faulty radiator fan and some others. only one week, the car was got repaired. Have a car guy but been MIA so had to find another spot. Needed a new fuel pump. HMS came in with the quick response and the most reasonable/cheapest price. Other places were charging stupid money. Dropped my car off and was ready for pickup the next day. Could've been same day if I dropped it off earlier but I was lagging. They seemed fair/honest and were busy when I was there so prob means they do good work as well cuz I've seen some dead ass shops. Would def return for future car issues.
