I just looked up the car fax and just found our, 10 months later, that it was in 3 accidents. I am so upset and disappointed for being lied to. Plus while I was there they said things that made it sound like I was, some dumb girl not knowing what a car is. I've had this car for 10 months and it's been in the shop more times then I've driven it, no wonder - had no idea it had been in accidents prior... do not trust these people.

Went for a test drive and though they reduced the price to try to get in my budget, it wasn't low enough for me. The one I ended up buying was a trade-in that they had just got, good condition also confirmed by pre-inspection. They walked me through the process and answered all my questions about registering and stuff (like I said, was away for a long time). Even lowered the price to well within my budget - no b.s. back and forth which I very much appreciated. Did the detailing work to clean it up the week after all the paperwork was complete, and on Christmas Eve so they honour their word. Still working well! Highly recommend this dealership.

Needless to say I was very upset with this news and was waiting for Ford Canada to make a decision on my claim, After going in for my normal oil change I found out the great news! Riverview ford Lincoln decided to do the repair on there own with no charge to me and they would just wait for ford Canada to get reimbursed. They took advantage of a vulnerable situation involving my 12-year-old son, who has serious medical issues. We needed a safe and reliable vehicle to get him to appointments, but they saw an opportunity to make money and ignored any sense of decency or responsibility. When I raised concerns, I was met with silence and blame-shifting. They pointed fingers at Port Elgin Auto, the shop that inspected the vehicle, rather than taking accountability for selling an unsafe car. They were completely unprofessional, told multiple lies, and failed to follow through on anything they promised. I've never dealt with a more dishonest or uncaring company. Buyers beware -- especially if your situation depends on reliability and trust.
