Our booked limo for the airport did not arrive on time. We allotted 10 mins to see if it would come, but it never did. We called the company and they said that the limo was going to be an additional 20 mins late. The person on the line stated that they had some technical issues. I wish they had informed us ahead of time if that was the case. If hadn't called we would've never known that they were having problems. Better communication needed. read more

We have used this service many times with satisfaction but picking us up when the flight was three and a half hours late in a snowstorm was the best. The vehicle was a four wheel SUV with great tires that delivered us safely home. I would highly recommend their service. Their name makes it sound pricey but the rates are competitive and worth every penny! read more

IF I could have used a negative sign I would have! In the morning of the 25th of June 2016, the day after our wedding, my husband & I used this service to travel from the Inn on the Lake to Dartmouth to host family & friends for brunch at the Wooden Monkey. I excited the hotel a brief few minutes before my husband. I sat down my overnight bag by the vehicle, sat my purse in the limo, & then advised the driver that I was going to pick a piece of lilac near by & that I would be right back. He nodded. When my husband came out the driver put his bag in the trunk & left mine! We did not know thiat mine had not been placed in the trunk until we reached our destination! During the entire drive to downtown Dartmouth the driver regaled us with tales of his service driving "important people in Ottawa." He noted people such as Gen. Rick Hillier & former PM's. More than once this poorly dressed braggart stated to us. "Now, this just stays in this car, right?" We thiought his behaviour quite unprofessional as was his golf shirt bearing the name of a towing company!. When we exited the car he did not offer to assist us but did hand my husband his bag and appeared to be waiting for a tip! I asked where was mine bag and at that very moment four family members joined us on the sidewalk. This created a great diversion and our slothenly braggart offered that my bag must yet be at the hotel as he dove into the limo and sped away! This bottom line is that we had to drive out of town thenext day to pick up my bag! Darn poor service in deed! read more

Yelps explanation of what a 2 star is ("Meh, I've experienced better"), fits our experience like a glove. We are a group of insurance professionals who attend a formal awards dinner once a year and we get a limo each year, this is our 6th year in a row doing it. This year we went with the 10 seater Mercedes Bus Limo from World Class. The communication e had with the company was always prompt, and the limo was right on time. The issues we had was with the limo itself. It was un kept and not well cleaned. When ordering a limo the idea is to feel classy etc... but this was just very, "Meh". As soon as you get inside the limo, there are some rips and tears in a couple spots of the interior. There are several tube lights on the ceiling that look like handles of which one simply wasn't there and the wires we visible where the tube should have been. This was also the same by the main cup holders, where you could see wires down through them. The man thing though, was the glass in the inside (also on the ceiling) was all smudged and smeared and just generally not pleasant to look at. 5 mins and some Windex and this would have never been an issue. Finally, any other limo as have had the driver shows up all dressed up in proper formal drivers attire, but the woman that showed up for us was just wearing jeans and a T shirt and I believe she was filling in by the sounds of it. That being said, she was pleasant and we got our hours worth and she took some photos with for us. All in all the experience was OK but it was underwhelming and we will likely be using one of the companies we used previously, for our awards night next year. read more
