The driver that picked me up was really nice, but said that the original driver cancelled my 2AM SCHEDULED pickup because he was TIRED! I also pre-book them for guests from away. Jim and his chauffeurs show up on time, every time. The cars are always clean and safe. Taxis in HRM can be pretty scary. Jim and his team are very responsive, but I recommend booking your car a couple of hours in advance to give them a chance to plan their schedule. These guys are pretty busy, but they have never let me down. Most of my trip are really early or really late. FYI The standards for cars that work as "limos" at the airport (they have the triangle bumper sticker) are very high. If I remember correctly, the price difference between a city taxi fare and a limo/towncar to or from the airport is only about 10 bucks. For that amount you get an immaculate ride, a newspaper if you want it and help with your bags. Its worth it to arrive safe and in a good state of mind.
