So I'm watching Breakfast Lunch @ Dinner with Seth Rogen NSeries and his showing chief David Chang in Vancouver Canada and they go to a market like place and omg donuts and they make a jelly donut. I've never had but of course I want one . So I can jump on a plane to Canana . So instead search open donut shops near me and I drove by. Well they run out and I was so so sad, so Ryan says let me make you one and my face lighted up with the biggest smile. Let me tell you ! Hands down. I first started coming here because the donut shop closest to work was closed. This one is a farther away but I think it's well worth the extra time and effort. The staff is very friendly and very quick with service. Never been disappointed with our interactions. Everyone seems like they enjoy working there which makes a difference in the atmosphere of a business. When I first got donuts from here, I could tell there was difference from my previous donut shop. The box was HEAVY. The donuts smelled different. A little bit "richer" in their aroma. Not richer like money-wise, richer as in depth of flavor. They're good! Very tasty. I get donuts for my team every Friday. It's probably been close to a year that I've been coming here. Today my guys asked where I get the donuts from and we were talking about how good they are. Two of them also attested to the fact that these are the only donuts they can eat without getting heartburn! Strange, but I suppose that's a big plus. We don't know why but that's another mark for the quality of their donuts. We really like these donuts and I think you will too. read more

Typical local owned donut shop with the added bonus of having unique donuts you won't find at most donut shops. We didn't have one but their croissant sandwiches looked amazing! $8 for a half dozen regular donuts no "fancy" is a bit much but the donuts are really good, seemed fresh, and are of a higher quality than the other donut shops in the area. read more

Donuts are delicious! First time here, I got my order through too good to go. It's a surprise box, so we don't really know what you will get. I got 2 boxes and each came with a variety of donuts. Delightfully surprised by this little donut shop out in the Valley. Cute spot with family run vibes, the young man helping me behind the counter hella wanted me, but besides the point he was very respectful. Fresh squishy donuts not like the cakey ones from Dunkin. Also, had some fun flavors for the kids like fruit loops and other cereals. It's also cool that they have mochi donuts available for preorder. Definitely would come back if back in the area :-) read more

Service and donuts 12/10. The donuts are always fresh, fluffy, and the right amount of sweet. I bought these for a lil get together and got so many compliments. My boyfriend loves the maple donut. The cinnamon roll donut is amazing, the cinnamon was not overpowering at all. You can tell they use fresh apples for their apple fritter. read more

Hate going to a place that have a set time and ever time I go they are never open at the time they say , wasting my time driving down to the location, being closed waiting another 20 mins to still no open doors and having to leave to another location . I am writing this review at 2:30 am after feeding my baby lol I don't want to forget to write this review because the donuts and service were that good. Was craving donuts and driving around for a while trying to find a decent clean donut spot around San Fernando/ Pacoima. The gentleman that helped us in the front was so friendly and inviting. I found this place on Yelp while looking for a place near my house. The reviews were so good that I decided to give it a try and holy cow! This place is awesome! The donuts are super fresh and just plain yummy. The coffee is really good here too, and I am a coffee snob! This place is inexpensive and is a family run business with great customer service. I come here pretty much once a week (usually on Fridays) to get donuts for my team. It gets pretty busy in the morning but the staff is quick and able to keep up with it. My mom was the one that let me know about of this quite little donut shop. As soon as I walked in I was drawend to try their fruitloops old fashion ring donut with a side of donut holes. The donuts aren't that big but it's ok because their taste make up for it, they're extremely light and air not greasy at all. I can't wait to try the rest. Staff was friendly, they gave us a few min to go over the menu and answered any questions we had. The menu had drinks, small bites and sandwitches. Drinks also came out quickly, although we did have to wait longer for the food items. My matcha that I ordered was really good, it was off the seasonal menu. It was a peach basil matcha, very creative combination and the basil was not overpowering at all. I also got an avocado toast with egg and that item was a little underwhelming. The egg was cold and the avocado needed a little more flavor. However, overall good experience.

I came when it was not busy and got my drink in under two minutes. However, the person sitting next to me (with the cutest doggie! They're dog friendly, I think ) waited longer than 10 minutes for her drink. However, this was during a rush and when it was probably the busiest in the morning (?) AMBIANCE AND ENVIRONMENT: The music volume was pretty good. It was low level when the place got busy due to people chatting, machines, ice scooping etc., but when it wasn't so busy, the level was about medium due to the atmosphere being more quiet. The vibes were Mumford and sons, Oasis, Of Monsters and Men, the Head and the Heart, and some classical sprinkled here and there. It is smaller than a chain, but cozy with quite a few seats and table options. I think they did a great job at making the best of the space. The space also encourages community as half of the seating options are shared/shareable. All within an arms reach, which in my personal opinion, is plenty of space. Because of this, it encourages you to acknowledge your fellow human being sitting across, or beside you. The environment was clean, bright, and comfortable. The environment feedback I woukd give is perhaps a stronger sun shade in the windows that the bar and stools face. I first sat here but within minutes decide to move because the heat was a bit too much for me. Again! A personal preference. Coffee shops can also naturally get warm due to the energy being used for the machines and refrigerators, so something to consider. The air-conditioning kicked in a little later which helped make it more comfortable. Another thing I noticed is the outlet near the corner table and lounge chairs has a an outlet extender plugged into the wall outlet, but the wall outlet is extremely loose with no faceplate. This can cause electric shock, wiring damage and possible fires. I know from personal experience. It's a real easy and cheap fix that I highlyyy recommend they do ASAP. Just trying to be helpful because I really, really like this spot. FOOD AND DRINKS: I ordered a Hibiscus Berry Blend, as is, iced. It was $5.00 even. It is served in a14 Oz. cup. With ice, it's probably about 12-13 Oz. of drink you're getting. I think it was worth it. The flavor was equal and very nice. Not too fruity, not too watery. It wasn't sweet, due to me not asking for any additional sweetener. As I sat and worked, I heard a lot of other orders and some were very creative. So they do have all those fun drinks people love to indulge in occasionally. They also have classic drip coffee and loose leaf tea. THE REASON WHY I TRIED INICIO: The biggest thing I noticed, being an activist myself involved in many efforts for social justice through my work and personal life, was their mission to erase modern day slavery. Human trafficking is a horrible thing that unfortunately is haooening right before out very eyes. They donate a portion of all food, drink, and catering sales to Justice 180. That is honestly, the reason why I came. I would love to partner with them and invite them to come cater at my center. I plan to spread the word about this place and continue to support them.

My most recent visit I purchased a jar of honey from blueberry flowers as a gift as well as a jar of honey made from the wildflowers in Mexico, both of which tasted amazing. The store rep, who was still in training, did his best to answer questions and provided other suggestions. Other flavors included honey infusions with cayenne and raspberry.
