Worst experience ever these people are a complete rip off they don't care about the dogs or their customers I purchased a dog for my fiancé's birthday they told us if we paid now we can get it before her birthday coincidentally she was going to surgery at the time. And cannot have kids we were excited for our puppy to come home we asked him about shipping a puppy to Hawaii because we don't have experience doing that and they said that they do it all the time when the dog got shipped here he didn't have all the paperwork that they promised they would have he was quarantined as opposed to letting our dogs in the quarantine for several months we shipped him back to California at our expense immediately when I dog got back to California he looked very ill and had blood coming from his stool we took him to the vet they immediately told us that our dog had parasites and charges over $4000 now between shipping the purchase of the dog the vet bill for nearly $20,000 into the dog we didn't want to let him die they wouldn't answer their phone call at World famous pets Blew us off and didn't attempt to help us whatsoever. This has been the worst experience ever to say the least and I would not recommend world famous pets to anybody please do not go here to purchase a dog. On December 25th, 2022 we purchased (2) Yorkies, male and female, from Worlds Famous Puppies located at 7870 NW 52nd Street, Doral, FL 33166 for the total amount of $7,500.00 USD. After continuous follow ups we finally received the pups by way of American Airlines cargo airway bill # 001-726885830 on Wednesday December 28th, 2022. The microchip for one of the pups is erroneously listed on the bill of sale and the other erroneously listed on the warranty document. They provided us with an AKC Welcome letter signed by "Mark Dunn" noting we were to expect a text/call from AKC within 3 days or for us to contact AKC within 7 days if we had not heard from you, Completion Steps & Initial 30day of Pet Insurance Coverage. We called AKC and were informed that the puppies' registration #s were required to proceed. We have attempted to obtain said registration numbers numerous times (10+) with no success. We spoke to numerous personnel (Juan, Pedro, Camilo & others) with promises to have Eddie (the person who assisted with the sale) call us back or for us to call back but have not been successful. Each time you call they leave you on hold, say they do not speak English or that they are working from home, and I should call back so someone in the office can answer. Currently we are unable to complete the registration and/or activate the pet insurance to assist with B'klyn's (male pup) hospitalization due to pneumonia. We contacted Third Party Puppy and confirmed the puppies were never registered by the merchant. Pup was received on 12/28, seen by a vet by 12/30 diagnosed with Kennel Cough and again seen on 01/10/2023 and diagnosed with pneumonia. read more

Only giving them one star because otherwise I won't be able to post, but in reality, it should be NEGATIVE -5 STARS. I do not even know where to begin, but most importantly DO NOT BUY ANY PUPPIES FROM THEM. They do not care for the animals at all, they just want to collect money. From the very beginning everything told was a lie. To begin, we bought a maltipoo, she seemed to have a limpy foot that would drag when walking or running, right away we fell in love with her because she was so adorable despite her foot, which just added to her character. Plus, we felt the need to get her because no one else would've wanted her. But we did ask to make sure it was not a neurological issue or anything that could be a potential health risk in the future or couldn't be cured; we were told no, of course not. Then, once we bought the puppy, you are given a certificate to a vet where you have an "included, no fee visit" WHICH IS ANOTHER LIE. When we called the vet, they said they don't do those no fee, included visits in years. Since we were losing all trust, we decided to take the puppy to a family recommended vet. Also, the puppy had a cough that wasn't going away and concerned us. Upon arriving, we found out the puppy indeed had a neurological condition where possibly from a vaccine shot, her foot was hurt causing the dog to not be able to properly use her foot and drag it instead. In other words, she had no cure or healing for this. Only solution would be for her to wear a cast in her foot forever. And the cough was from kettle cough, all their dogs are sick. When I called World Famous Puppies to complain about all their lies; they did not even take the time to listen. Diana said she would find out and help but transferred my call. Who I was transferred to was Danny, the manager who was extremely rude and he even hung up. Each time I would call they would just ignore the calls. Do not give these people any business!! read more

my name is daniel santiago, on may 19 of this year 2023 i bought a maltipoo with a value of $3250.00 for my wife in the world famous puppies store in miami which the seller was diana (be careful with her, at the time of the buy everything very cute then lies to you, treats you badly, is disrespectful) the puppy was delivered to my house on may 20, which was paid $250.00 for delivery apart from the cost, the puppy was delivered in a dirty cage full of caca, on may 23 i had to take him to the veterinarian with vomiting and diarrhea, which when they did the necessary tests he was infected with giardia, they started a treatment which cost $345.00, after that on may 29 i had to take him to leave the emergency room again because the puppy continued to vomit, with diarrhea and other things, they re-certified the puppy continued to be infected with giardia, for all of this the puppy supposedly had insurance that was going to cover it according to they tell you when they sold you, i was waiting for the registration for almost a month but in the end that insurance did not cover anything because the puppy was already infected from the moment of the purchase, until this moment i have spent around $2000.00 in treatment, please people do not buy puppies from them world famous puppies, everything looks very nice in facebook announcements, instagram etc but it's not real, they sell you sick puppies and then they don't answer your calls, allegedly the owner of the store named erick stayed to call me and nothing, i have sent them emails and nothing. you call them at the store and they hang up, pay attention to this, they will say that mr d's name does not appear on the record but my name is daniel santiago in case you want to justify yourself! what touched the cup was a certain jose disque manager of the store who gave me the most stupid and ridiculous excuses i have heard in my life regarding the situation. read more
