    Shadow laying on his mark.

Where do I begin!? I have a one year old german Shepard named shadow & he's totally obsessed with me! At the beginning of everything I thought it was super cute how he would always follow me around, and protect me but, it go to a certain point that I could no longer walk him alone nor take him anywhere because he disliked any dog or person that would come my way. And it was only with me this behavior because, with my boyfriend he would behave and listen. We consulted over 25+ dog trainers and we received different types of feedback & comments even one trainer stating "If the dog is too aggressive I will refuse to train him" HOW ABSURD! Anyways, we kept searching... and FINALLY found the one. Bite life has truly made such a huge impact in all our lives. As a law enforcement family we truly needed a K9 to respect us & protect us and that is exactly what we got back from Bitelife. Eric talks you through everything and tells you straight what's going on, what's the problem and how he will address it. We couldn't be any happier with the results we got back! We were kept up to date with everything going on and the best part of it all, He would train us as well as training shadow so we knew exactly what was going on and going through it with him. Best decision we ever made for our fur baby! I'm kinda of a crazy dog mom as people say and I wouldn't trust anyone with shadow other than bitelife them self!!! Thank you guys so much for everything you have done.

Hey Eric I am getting a puppy presa canario in December. I know that these dogs are aggressive by nature and I am looking to train him as soon as I get him. I was just curious of your pricing?

Hi. Pricing will be determined once the dog is evaluated only because diffrent factors will determine the best package. However it can be anywhere from 1500 to 4500 within the obedience packages.

I did about 4-5 one-on-one private sessions with her and then did several day-training sessions - this is where you drop the dog off in the morning and she works on teaching them commands or works on whatever issues they have (aggression, anxiety, fear, etc) and they also spend some playtime at the dog park. When I would drive up to Rocco's, my dog would get so happy and excited - this is how I know that she was in good hands. Leby would send me a daily report on my dog's progress or if she had any setbacks that day. She would also suggest techniques that I could use at home to help my dog with her anxiety/aggression issues and how to teach her commands. You can tell that Leby truly loves animals and that she loves what she does. Your dog is in good hands with Leby.

Awesome, awesome experience for me and my dog Big Daddy…read more my big, 2.5 yr old boy was going crazy when new people came around. He was jumpy, it was hard for me to control him and it was offensive to others because he weighs 65 lbs. i like fixing things, so we put ourselves through training with Mike & Champion Dog Training. At the first lesson i was excited and felt great leaving, but during the first week i was scared to enforce because doggie was sensitive to the collar. Mike gave me a little pep talk over the phone and we made it to our 2nd lesson. I cannot get him into a down/stay using force, Mike says Im soft on him, but he's doing great with everything else we learned. Stay, Stand, Sit, Heel, he's a very smart boy & im very proud. We have continued practicing even after completing the 4 week course. I now feel confident I can control him and there has been a shift in Big D., like he knows I expect more and is waiting on my que. Even his dog walker said he has really improved and she did not know he was training.

I'm extremely disappointed with our experience and feel other dog owners should be aware…read more We brought our healthy toy Cavapoo in for grooming after calling ahead about timing. I was told it would take about 1-2 hours, so I planned my day around that. After waiting the full time, I had to call them because no one contacted me, only to be told I'd need to wait another hour on top of what I was originally told. The lack of communication and misleading time estimate was frustrating and unprofessional. The bigger issues came after. Shortly after the visit, my dog developed kennel cough and was sick for nearly three weeks -- coughing, uncomfortable, and clearly miserable. She had not been around other dogs prior to this appointment. We also noticed immediate coat damage. Her fur texture changed completely -- it became rough, wiry, and dry instead of soft like it had always been. The coat was also discolored only at the tips while the roots remained normal, which points to product or heat damage during grooming. This was not a gradual genetic change; it happened right after her appointment. So in one visit we experienced: * Poor communication and inaccurate timing * A dog that became sick * Visible coat damage that will take months to grow out We trusted this place with our dog's health and deeply regret it. Grooming should never result in a dog leaving sick and physically affected like this. Pet owners, please be cautious.

Karla, You are incorrect. You declined the $50 credit when…read moreI tried to apply it to a grooming session. You are outright LYING. To make it right you would need to refund me that money that you overcharged me and not DEMAND that it be applied to a service I was not intending to re-book. In addition, the dog's ear was not "nicked", it was SLICED and the vet was unable to rectify the situation without anesthesia due to the pain my dog had when trying to remove the hair from the laceration. I understand you trying to minimize this to not look bad to other dog owners, but in my 30 years of owning dogs and bringing them to groomers, this has NEVER happened to me and I have never been robbed of my money like this.
