I was visiting family for a couple weeks decided to go and see if I could get a half month discount just because of my circumstances. I was told that I could talk to a manager about it when she was around so I paid in full hoping that I could change it after not thinking too much about it. Once I got a hold of the manager she was very rude off the bat and hit me with a you sign a contract and there is no refund and nothing she can do. Would have appreciated not being told I could work something out with her, then being hit with you sign a contract. Very slimy and rude would not recommend going here. read more

Don't come here. Equipment is very minimal, not worth the price, and salespeople keep trying to rope you into the contract and don't mention anything about paying month by month. Other reviews also mention the membership is $25, but in reality it's $47 a month. I fell for this, came back the next day to cancel the scam, and they refused to cancel it and insist on continuously charging. In addition, I keep getting hidden "mistake" fees on my credit card statement that I keep needing to dispute. This gym is nothing but a bunch of scammers, don't come here. There are plenty of better choices in the valley. read more

I've been coming here for a few weeks now and can say this is one of the nicest gyms I've ever gone to! They offered me a free membership for being a healthcare worker during this whole pandemic which is amazing! So I opted to try the 3/$99 personal training sessions with Jenny. I loved all three of my sessions! I really wanted to get back into a routine after quarantine and Jenny was the perfect woman for the job! She pushed me to my limits but in the nicest way! Would def recommend her to other women and first timers trying to get into fitness. All the machines and weight machines are brand new! Tanning beds are tip top and they even offer baby wipes and deodorant! After a good weight lift sesh, the protein shakes are perfect and made quickly and sanitarily by staff! Can't recommend this gym enough for the Kalispell/Whitefish area! read more

This gym is hands down the BEST gym I have ever been to. The facility is excellent, with state-of-the art equipment for nearly every lift you can think of; several squat racks and bench press stations; separate areas for classes and high intensity workouts; and absolutely beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The people who work here are great: super friendly and eager to help with any requests. Up front there's gym gear - even Lululemon apparel - and plenty of options for supplements, protein, and pre- and post-workout drinks. Plus, you can tell the employees actually work out, which always adds legitimacy to a gym in my mind. The locker rooms are a great size, with steam rooms, and kept super clean. The men's room has hair dryers, q tips, and tissues too - small stuff, but makes a big difference to travelers. To cap it all off, their prices are amazing. I come here whenever I visit NW Montana, and it's only $25 for the week. If you're local, the VIP membership is only $60 with so much included, and it seems like they're frequently offering seasonal packages and special deals. I'm honestly bummed I'm not a local and can't work out here all the time. Whether you live in Kalispell or you're passing through, you should patronize this gym! read more

Arguably one of the best gyms I've ever been to. State of the equipment and very well maintained!

I've been regularly going to gyms since 1995. During that time, I was also a personal trainer for 15 years working 30-40 hour work weeks. That being said, this is one of the most impressive gyms I've spent time in. The facility is new, clean, inviting, and stacked with high quality equipment from cardio, to machines, to free weights. However, what makes this gym probably the best I've experienced in all my time as a gym member, and as a professional in the industry, is the staff. Coming from another area to start a new job, not knowing anyone, I walked in on 10/27 to get a feel for this place and whether I wanted to join or not. Pretty quickly I saw all of the above and decided I was going to join. I spoke with Cindy at the front desk who dropped what she was doing and answered all of my questions. She never pressured me to join or made any type of sales pitch. Despite my openly telling her I was convinced and the sale was complete, she still took her own time to speak with me further about the area, what it's like living here, and to give me tips on how to make a smooth transition to the area. She shared with me some of her background and spent time finding out who I was. As my first real introduction to the area, this was very welcome and helped me feel immediately at home. It was clear to me that Cindy was talking to me as a person not as someone she had to close a sale with or be cordial with for the sake of business. I've seen the good and the bad of this profession and this was definitely the good. If this wasn't enough, as I faithfully worked out for about 9 days straight, I met Graham who works the front desk and also immediately began giving me advice on how to transition to the area, primarily warning me to be ready for the cold. I noticed that, as I worked out during these days, Graham, pretty much hourly and faithfully would come from behind the counter and walk the floor disinfecting equipment, weights etc. and not just a casual lazy wipe of a bar but meticulously cleaning the bars, the selector pins etc. Having been a trainer, I've seen many front desk staff sit playing on their phones, or doing nothing counting the hours until they're off, only to look up every once in a while to check people in. I've seen that Graham has a tremendous work ethic. He is constantly finding work, welcoming members, talking to members, walking the floor looking for equipment out of place or in need of cleaning and clearly taking personal ownership and pride in this gym. On a Monday, I asked Graham for a recommendation on a blended protein shake and subsequently ordered one with a scoop of Glutamine added. On Wednesday, I mentioned to Graham that his suggestion was spot on, that the shake he had made was great, and that I'd be getting another one at the end of my workout. Two hours later, as I was walking to the front desk to order my shake, Graham pulled an already made shake out of the refrigerator and told me that he had made it for me when he saw me finishing up. I asked him if it had Glutamine. He smiled and said he had put that in it too. "Above and beyond" does not adequately describe Graham and Cindy. It is clear that they both take pride in this gym, in what they do, and in caring for their members. These are the type of people that I would have been fortunate to have called co-workers when I was personal training. The kind that make the environment fun, the members feel cared for and the gym continue to stay inviting, energetic, and new. I am very happy I walked in that day. read more
