The shop initially billed the insurance $21,000 for an accident involving another truck hitting the hood of my truck. After doubts from the insurance of such high amount, the shop received the amount. After an 80-day wait after they started, they said the truck was complete but they requested an additional $2,201 for extra work outside of the accident, they sent me the document to sign and I signed it. However, two days later, they claimed an extra $265 charge, which I hadn't approved/signed of work the shop choose to do. They now insist the insurance or myself needs to pay $551.06 for a part they can not return. They will not provide me the vehicle until I make the two payments that I never signed. They have moved the vehicle to another location and keeping the truck hostage, and won't allow me to pick up the truck which goes against Florida Chapter 559. I've requested receipts to verify the approved work from the insurance versus what was actually done, but they have not responded, leaving it unclear about the $21,000 completion, insurance fraud/price inflation, and the use of second-hand parts or whether some parts were not used or purchased at all. read more

after I had a car crash I took my car here , the service was incredible all of the staff members were extremely attentive and helpful through out the process they did everything with the insurance and would help me out with any questions I had. When I picked up my car it was amazing ! Like nothing ever happened they assured me should I have any issues to please let them know, good things do take time and in order for them to have a detailed repair it does take some time but I'm incredibly grateful I took it to them paint job excellent costumer care incredible , and of course the repair amazing I received my car clean and as good as new they even protect your steering wheel and seat from the sun while in repair. Extremely grateful oh and when I went to pick up the car they give you a little gift which I thought was a cute detail to appreciate costumers. 10/10 recommended any issues I have in the future I would for sure not hesitate to take my car here. read more

should have read reviews before using this shop. Same thing that happened to others customers happened to me. This shop have a little scam going. They always go over the insurance allowed disbursement and they end up charging you that during pick up. So in other words you will pay a deductible PLUS another amount that they come up with because they go over the insurance allowed budget just to make more money, amount that you are NOT notified until pick up date. Don't even try to question them because they are abusive, this shop is well known with insurance agencies in the area. Stay away from them. read more

That company is a mafia they have deals with Hialeah city tow trucks , I had an accident and my car was moved there , they retain the car a lot of time and charge excessive cost of storage that insurance couldn't cover and I had to pay out of pocket. Be careful this company is a scam . read more

This Shop is as good as it gets. Do not judge a book by its cover and listen to all the bad reviews. The reason this place is not 5 stars is because everyone that has a bad experience always have something to say and of course the people that are happy with the services have no reason to come online and post anything. I fix my car with them and they lady explained everything thoroughly. They are working their hardest and their jobs and you can tell by the way they always answer their phone calls everyday even on a Saturday. My car came out amazing and I get a guarantee. At other shops they steal your money and do a bad job. Here all their parts are original. Give them a chance and you will not regret it. read more

Do not under any circumstances come to this shop !! They have a scam with the tow truck driver that brings you directly there !! And once there they promise you the world , life time guarantee on parts and service .. they hook u up with enterprise and get you a car right away .. so far so good right ?? Well what they do not tell you is that they hijack and kidnap your car !! Mines was there for 2 months .. and all they do is bullshit you with runarounds and they blame the insurance company that doesn't approve the parts all at once .. the insurance company says its them .. that they take on too many cars and do not have the MAn power .. it's a back and forth .. of shitty excuses .. in the meantime they take there sweet ass time .. regardless of the consequences .. they exhausted my rental since Geico gives you up to 30 days or 1500.00 well now we have no car .. and 2 months later the car is still there .. I swear if I can give them a negative star I will 100x ! It's been 4 months since they had my car and every time you call to ask for an update, they tell you something JUST so you can stop calling. You call the day they promise and always some excuse. I don't even live in Miami, I live up in fort pierce and now I have no had a rental for a whole month. So just imagine how much money I been spending on uber and do you think they care ? Nope. They make it seem like they're doing you a favor which they not . They scam you into bringing you the car to them JUST so they can do the job and make money so in reality they're doing everything for the money. They allow hertz to charge my insurance one price but as soon as it came down to them paying one week of my rental , they some how got hertz to bring down the price just for they're convenient meaning everything else that I had to pay would've been less if my insurance were to gotten charge the same thing they got charged. I owe 1.8k and are they helping me again? Nope. Now I get upset and come down to Miami because they said sometime last week it was going to be done so I came at the end of the week to give them time and still they had an excuse, when I got there , I guess the owner or someone with a position didn't want to provide with the information that they did to my car so that I can create a contract stating that nothing was wrong with the car and have them sign it and the day I would've picked up my car if something would've been wrong then now I can hold them accountable for everything had to go through including my rental and this gentleman started getting loud and aggressive mind you I'm on a wheelchair. So I decided to walk away and make my way to the front and this guy just got in my face aggressively and slam the door on my face not letting me open it and so I had to walk away and call police. He lied and told them I threatened them which I didn't, I have a video luckily cause of a friend that was with me and we caught everything and the whole argument. So now I have to wait an additional 10 days when they lied and said my car was going to be done last week. DONT GO HERE !! read more
