I visited Bob's Discount Furniture and was assisted on my first visit by Skyler. What I appreciated…read moremost is that when I told Skyler I was overwhelmed already (I had a lot of furniture to shop for) he told me where to look and said he would give me space until I was ready. Skyler continued to assist as needed throughout my shopping. I narrowed down my choices and Skyler put together 2 carts for me because I was undecided between 2 different sectionals. I went back again with my sister a couple days later so I could get her input, and we were assisted by Braedyn. When we mentioned that we were concerned that the sectionals would look too bulky in my living room, Braedyn showed me how I could separate the sectionals I loved into 2 pieces as a sofa and love seat. Once again I was thrilled with the service I received. I shopped at other furniture stores, but I thought the furniture at Bob's was very reasonably priced (except for the mattresses). I finalized my sale today and was happy that both Skyler and Braedyn were working so that I could tell them both how much I appreciated them. I'm a little concerned now as I see all the bad reviews, but I am hoping my delivery goes smoothly. I definitely plan to update afterwards.

I was paying cash and also the mgr on duty was in training and stated sorry we can't accept cash because I'm in training and don't have access to safe. That did it for me, you can't accept my cash, you can't sell me the floor model and you have 2 employees working who can't technically run the store. Do better Bob!

I watched an employee just go back and forth pushing a broom in front of the exit door getting in the customers way as they tried to leave the store. Unfortunately, their website lists all their items that are out of stock, and doesn't have a way for you to select an option to search only in-stock items. As a result, I spent hours trying to figure out what actually was available, and I wound up giving up and ordering from a different company online. Two things that I wish we were a little different, were the quality of the finishers in the house, especially the paint on the wall walls and the finishes of trim. And secondly, they seated in our yard in the summer so we bought the house. All the seed had completely died and we just have tons of weeds in our yard but two houses down their yard is beautiful with green grass because it was built in a different part of the year. I'm hoping we can get a re-seed done so that we can have green grass this summer.

Not that the guy tried to take the door off that doesn't work. They won't replace it and also have to wait up to 30 days to get the $1400 I paid? So now I can't just pull more money out my ass and my other fridge is broke which is why I had to buy a new one. Then this guy tries to defend the delivery guys like I didn't look at the fridge to see what damage it would have had in the store. It was dented for sure but not chipped and white gouges. So I guess I'm an idiot on top of that? I paid in cash two days ago but they can't return me my money? They can replace it if I paid another $500 for a warranty but not when THEY break and mess up my fridge? Worst place I've done business with them ever! Thank goodness for the people who make the fridge. Best customer service ever from the maker of the Cafe fridge! I can replace the door and will have a fridge for the holidays.
