I love visiting this World Market time of the year. I always find the cutest holiday finds and the clearance wall is always phenomenal. The customer service is always great! Don't forget to check your app for coupons, I almost missed out, but the cashier reminded me.

I am such a huge fan of World Market and this is a great location. They have such a great selection of stuff. I love their pillows and have definitely indulged in strawberry and watermelon outdoor pillows. :) They also have a great selection of snacks, which are great for small gifts or for your sweet tooth. All reasonably priced in my opinion. Definitely worth a visit.

Very disappointing experience here recently- World Market is doing 40% off their furniture until 11/30. My husband and I decided to buy four furniture items that we've had our eye on for a while. Three items shipped free. Fourth item, the round bookcase, has a $50 shopping surcharge so we opted to buy online and pick up at this store. Received the email that item was ready for pickup. What should have been a pleasant and easy experience was not - the cashier who handled my pickup order was very rude, very snippy and 100% should NOT be working with the public. She had a nasty attitude the minute I walked up to the register until I was done. Very unfortunate and frankly, second very rude employee we've experienced at this location. Not sure how the hiring process is here but they need to reassess. Spent $900 and got a nasty attitude and frankly don't plan on returning to this location again - I'll just shop on World Market's website from now on.

I love World Market! I have purchased items as small Canadian water to as big as my sofa. The space is always easy to maneuver. It's clean and the staff is always so nice! When I purchased my couch from there they were so helpful with making sure that I got it and putting it on hold for me until I could pick it up! I also think it's the best place to buy wine by the case. There is always a lot of parking unless you are there during busier hours and then you will have to park a little bit further back but the walk isn't bad. In the photos I purchased the 2 pillows & my sofa. Ps, I didn't pay a lot either; the furniture is very reasonable.

I've always enjoyed walking the fabric aisles to admire the vibrant colors and unique upholstery designs. They usually have great remnants at good prices, but today, I have to say, I was very disappointed--and this will likely be my last visit. While browsing the precut remnants, I noticed an employee staring at me. I moved to another section of the table, but the same employee "coincidentally" hovered near me again. I ignored it and kept looking, determined to find a piece for a special project I had in mind. As soon as I found something I liked, I turned around to see her standing nearby, pivoted toward me, and she commented, "I see you found something." After a long day at work, I was simply looking for a quick, creative outlet to pick up some fabric for my design project. Instead, I felt scrutinized and uncomfortable. As an avid fabric purchaser who regularly shops in fabric stores from Raleigh to High Point and NYC, this was a disheartening experience. Most stores I frequent are welcoming and allow me to browse freely without unnecessary oversight. Mills Outlet, please do better. Your customers come to you for inspiration, not judgment. You never who could be shopping in your store.

I did not have time to really go further, and almost got trapped in the clearance Halloween section before making it to checkout. If Ollie's has any flaws, other then it feeling like a thrift store, it would be that the carts can't go outside. Having to haul a large coffee maker box and my bag out to my car was a bit of a feat! Also the lady who checked me out seemed nice but was really put out when I asked for a membership card. I told her, if she didn't want to do it, I could see if I could do it online, but would like a physical card. She finally just signed me up.

This store is pretty big inside; you would never know it by looking at it from outside. It is filled with treasures both big and small. Like any antique store (or like most), it is a bit crowded with items. Personally, I like that. You really are 'hunting' for treasures here. Yesterday I found this beautiful trinket on the floor of a booth...I would have never found it had I been in a rush. I highly recommend you take your time here. Google reviewers seem more critical of Hunt & Gather and its staff...but personally I had a very different experience. On Google, people wrote that staff was following them, being rude, and that this place was overpriced. Now...your mileage may vary...but I found the staff to be extremely kind. They would check in on me a couple times just to see if I needed help, but largely let me do my own hunting in peace. I think some items are certainly pricey and I can't quite understand why, but by and large I found the prices to be competitive. For example, you can get an entire Noritake china set (with 12 settings!) for $450. Anywhere else this could go easily for $700+. You can buy some dupes at HomeGoods for sure, but HomeGoods aint that cheap -- and I'd argue some of the pieces here are priced even more competitively than HomeGoods. I bought 3 chinoiserie vases/jars yesterday (at ~$30 a pop) and am soooo enamored by them. All in all, I'd recommend you swing by especially if you're furnishing, or refurnishing, your home. There are some really nice things here....and I think I may come by every now and then just to see what's in stock!

From the start, we were misled by Benjamin, the salesperson/manager who sold us the furniture. We were told that if we didn't like the mattress, we could exchange it within 90 days, continue swapping until we found the right one, and only pay $100 per exchange. When we tried to do exactly that after the first week, Ashley changed the story and said we had to wait 30 days. Now they are saying we only get one exchange total. That is not what was promised when they took our money. On top of that, I have missed four days of work dealing with deliveries, repairs, and replacements because damaged/defective items kept showing up and service appointments failed to fix the problems. After repeated failed attempts, they had to replace items entirely. Because of this mess, I've been sleeping on a cot for the past 3 weeks while waiting for them to make things right. Between the misleading sales tactics, poor communication, repeated service issues, and wasted time, this has been one of the worst customer experiences I've had. I would strongly recommend shopping anywhere else.
