Two red blends, love the WELL REaD, very smooth!

This Trader Joe's lives up to my expectations of their stores: friendly staff, a beautiful/clean store, and lots of cool products to try! I just got wine on this trip since I only stopped by on the way to a friend's house, but I hope to be back soon to try more products!

I like the store, but driving, especially exiting the parking lot, is a nightmare. Therefore, I go to the location in Morrisville instead.

The store is huge but easy to follow with the Wegman's app. I can get many things such as paneer that I can't find other Raleigh super markets. Staff is very friendly and the store seems to have everything.. Was very busy, especially for Memorial Day. Very good experience. Previously, I gave the store 3/5 stars because the app was down. This has never happened again and I usually have a great experience and the food lasts and stays fresh all week. It is a beautiful well played out store with the exception of the bottle-neck entrance that seems to be a design flaw of many supermarket chains with HQs in the northeast. 4.6/5

It's hilarious to me -- and honestly very fitting, considering I'm married to someone from…read moreRochester -- that my 1,000th Yelp review is for Wegmans. I don't usually review grocery stores, but I genuinely love Wegmans, and this location in particular is fantastic. The store is always immaculate, the staff are consistently friendly and helpful, and it's usually very well stocked every time I go. I'll agree with other reviewers that Wegmans can feel a little pricier than some other grocery stores, but I've never actually sat down and compared receipts because, frankly, I love the products they carry. At this point, I'm a forever Wegmans girlie. Also, they keep sending me 10% off coupons, so apparently the marketing team knows exactly what they're doing -- because I absolutely will drive farther than necessary for a good grocery experience. Beyond the standard grocery selection, their prepared foods section is HUGE, and the sushi is genuinely good. Grocery store sushi can be a gamble, but Wegmans does it so well they even opened their own sushi restaurant in NYC, which is a pretty fun flex. As a bonus, they carry all the essential Western New York staples: Chiavetta's sauce, Spiedie sauce, kummelweck rolls, Zweigle's whites and reds, Bills merch, Weber's mustard, Labatt Blue and Blue Light, plus several Finger Lakes wines. Big fan!

The fruits, salads and veggies have been fresh each time I've shopped this location. I stopped at this location last Friday night (February 2026) I stepped out of my vehicle and started to walk towards the entrance and one of the male employees informed me that they had closed the night and that the Harris a couple of minutes down Creedmoor rd was still open. It was a small interaction but, I appreciated him not letting me walk all the way up to the door to find out they were closed. *Honesty I forgot that there's another a Harris Teeter on Creedmoor Rd. So thanks to the staff member who helped me remember this. This lowkey may be the best Harris Teeter in Raleigh, NC.

Our fish HAD NOT BEEN SCALED AT ALL and the GILLS were still there. If you leave the gills in, the flavor turns muddy and the fish spoils quickly. Not good to bake a fish with its gills. This may be the fault of the Nicaraguan sellers of the fish, but I do fault HT management and the seafood department for mislabeling it. Better teach your associates what "dressed" means for whole fish. Better yet, pull one out of the case and demonstrate to them how to scale it and remove the gills. HT, you owe me $26.50 for a fish that took an extra 45-minutes to prepare. (This is the same seafood department that had an entire tray of scallops in the display case labelled as "white shrimp." Whups.) This is the fault of H-T's trainers.

In all seriousness, Aldi will typically be the lowest price point even when factoring in Instacart (which is typically how I shop). Items packaged under Aldi's brand can be hit or miss. This is a clean no frills environment. Also, there are various items which you will have to source at another grocer. I've noticed some items (cilantro in particular) aren't as fresh/ don't last as long. All in all for the bulk of your groceries - Aldi remains the undisputed heavyweight winner in my opinion.

But this is definitely your place for cheaper produce in larger quantities. Very pleased with my haul today and I spent under $50. I scored a large gallon of vinegar for $2.89, stuffed artichoke mushrooms, grape tomatoes, blueberries for $1.89'? Mangoes at $89 cent? Spinach $1. This is the promised land of produce. I also purchased some salmon filets which I can wait to make Tuscan salmon with. Petit Chocolate Wine for $7.99 was a steal. Their alcohol selection really surprised me. They have a lot of different craft beers and wines similar to Trader Joe's layout. The ice cream section was cool as well with some throw backs I haven't seen in awhile. Some tips: You will need a quarter like you're in the 90's to grab a shopping cart. They're serious about you bringing the carts back. Don't expect shopping bags. Save the planet and BYOB. Anissa was a really helpful cashier. She helped motivate my decision to buy the wine tonight :)
