Never again. Place sucks. Appointments mean nothing. Nina can do nothing to keep track of her clients or how to make them happy they're just they're cranking out bad workmanship. My three-year-old granddaughter who had nothing more than for nails painted and her toenails painted and they charge $27. My pedicure was a joke I washed my feet clip my toenails painted of that said no rubbing massaging or callus remover. Making an appointment is a joke. Please stop spending your money here. I had gel coat put on less than two weeks ago they normally last a couple months without chipping. This last visit I was rushed and then less than 2 weeks almost all my nails started chipping. I went back to see what they would do and they said guarantee for two weeks. I told them it was under two weeks but they said no they wouldn't do anything for me. They wouldn't even look up my appt to verify. I will never go back there and hope you don't either! They are very rude when you need help but want your money and heard you thru like cattle. read more

I'm so sad that others have had such bad experiences here! I have been coming here for pedicures and the occasional manicure for years and they've always been so polite and professional. Making them aware if they've made a mistake is the only way to have them fix it. You can have something fixed without coming off as rude. Well I've had multiple problems with this location, not doing what ask, not doing my nails correctly, crooked nails, so I started seeing Jennifer (#1) because she's the ONLY person here that actually makes your nails look nice, but today, I called and made an appointment, the lady I spoke with told me to be here at 4:30. I walked in at 4:25 to see Jennifer just seating a customer to START a manicure, when she knew I would be there at 4:30. Then after she's done with that (now at 4:53) Jennifer comes up and tells me she's going to do ANOTHER customer before me because she only had one nail. i got Shellac done there recently. She hurt the end by my cuticle being so rough... yes i flinched but she acted indifferent...good grief take your time with people. the girl did not get one nail to the tip so of course i started to have issues with it and another nail chipped 2 days after. i went in to have it fixed and she asked me what i did. i did nothing. I'm off work so i havent been hard at all on them. She said not to sign in so i didnt & told me to come back in 15 minutes when i did then told me to come back in 10. i waited 50 minutes and walked out. She was not personable nor very kind person and i feel bad they are so busy but thats what you choose to do as a job. felt like cattle, hurry up and get in the stall and get out...'almost Moo-ed' ....very disappointed. read more

Terrible. I have never been so displeased with a nail salon. An older lady, the manager I believe was very rude. I asked for a full set. She then gets a bowl of warm water and places my hand in the bowl to soak. I asked her if this was part of the full set then she rudely said I didn't say asked for a full set. Then tells me I have to pay $15 dollars for what she started with the bowl of water on top pf the $40 for my full set. $15! to put one hand in a bowl of warm water. RIDICULOUS. I got a full set french manicure and my nails looked terrible after. None of them were the same length and 2 nails were crooked and she didn't clean under my nails so I had a bunch of gunk hardened under them from the acrylic. Horrible service!!! I was in town visiting my mom and went to the mall to get my shellac nails done. What a joke! I asked they not use the electric tools on my nails. The girls asked me 3x was I sure I had shellac? Then wanted to do gel. I told her it's shellac and they are not doing this like I prefer. They stated each salon and state is different. Then she wouldn't talk to me until she was done and charged me $50. I only gave her $30 and walked out. Disgusting! read more

VERY disappointed! I was referred by a friend because I was told that they were very inexpensive and would make cool designs on your nails. The woman that did my nails could not understand what I wanted to the point where I was frustrated and just gave up. Not only was it not what I wanted on my nails, but it was sloppy. She charged me more than I was told it would be when I walked into the salon and, to top it all off, the shellac started to peel off of my nails 3 days later. I will most definitely be on the look out for a new nail salon. read more

First off, I just want to say that I've been loyal to this salon for about 2 to 3 months. I come every 2 weeks for my fill and every 4 for a pedi. They were nice at first, and then after awhile I just felt like they rushed me out. Whenever I set up an appointment, I'd still have to wait 45 min (one time I waited over an hour! ) . I get that they're busy, but my nails were looking worse and worse. And I also have to disagree with jersey s. above stating that they speak English because the last few times 2 of the girls were carrying a conversation on in Asian the entire time! I find it very suspicious that the only person with a positive review is from Westminster ca,... When I clearly remember that the entire family from this salon is from that area. Like c' mon, let's be real here at least. The service is awful, the work unacceptable, and the wait is riculous. My friends have started go to another salon (still in the mall!) right down the hall and were very happy! So guys! Take my advice! This place stinks!!! (it literally does! ) read more

Was there lastnight and got the WORSE pedicure i ever got there. it was horrible - cold water. didn't do what i asked on trimming my nails. right leg got massaged for a good 2 minutes the left got maybe 30 seconds. now the painting was a way worse thing. never put my flip flops on before painting so you know what happened when she did try to put them on plus she never put the between the toe thing on my feet so she had to re-do the polish after putting on my flip flops plus as i walked to the dryer i had to come back, after i put on someone else's between the toe thing on i found under the dryer, to have her re-do them again and mind you all she did was put more polish on top of the 5 coats already on my toe nails. i had polish on my skin she never removed and it took hours before it actually dried but still thru the night my polish got indented. i took pictures if anyone cares to see them. WORSE ever - will try 5 star nails next time. read more
