He accommodated our food preferences and prepared delicious stuffed mushrooms as a starter followed by an excellent salad dish. Chef Josef was prompt and delightful company, bringing his own cooking supplies and cleaning up by the time we were nearly finished with the scrumptious carrot cake he brought for dessert.
