I guess if you were around it would be fun to have your picture taken with it. So we came here on Labor Day and nothing was open O-o. So we didn't even get to drink actually sweet tea because everyone was closed lol Looking to go back for another round later this year. We saw this really nice spot at the corner of where this picture was takken. This spot is a little secluded but you'll see a sign on the main road to it

You might be disappointed to discover that the World's Largest Sweet Tea was created and consumed several years back in 2016.  But ask yourself this:  Which of our deeds define us--those of the past, or those of the present?  At what point do our accomplishments fade away?  If the World's Largest Sweet Tea is no more, does that make it any less of an achievement?  If it were still around today, now many years stale and unable to be consumed, would it even be worth anything?  What good is the tea if no one can drink it?  Its most valuable moments are the ones that lead to it no longer being the World's Largest Sweet Tea. Just because you aren't the greatest version of yourself today, doesn't mean you weren't yesterday, or won't be tomorrow.  Some days you might be the World's Largest Sweet Tea, and some days you're just an empty tank.  You don't have to be the greatest every day--and that doesn't make you any less accomplished. The World's Largest Sweet Tea made a lot of people happy for one day several years ago in Summerville, South Carolina.  It had its day in infamy.  And maybe one day it'll have another.

What more can I say? It's the Guinness Book of World Records largest sweet tea. Have never stopped at the largest ball of twine but had to stop here.

The sweet tea is turning green.

Would be SO much better if they offered sweet tea. Just a statue of sweet tea, made me want to get sweet tea but no where near offered.

The food is excellent, and the pricing is moderate. The Corner House looks smallish, but they've got another dining room and lots of outdoor seating - both covered and open. The outdoor space is delightfully casual, cleanly decorated with flowers and overhead string lights making it festive and inviting. I'll come back at night to have a beer and check it out. We came for a late lunch, and were pleasantly surprised at the menu choices. The chef has taken care to offer something for all appetites, with a unique twist that bumps The Corner up a notch. I had their Gun Slinger burger, a smash burger topped with smoked brisket, BBQ sauce, pickles and ghost pepper cheese. It was well crafted and sumptuous, and completely unique. The service was excellent; our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. We sat in the bar area at a low table, and because of the hour it wasn't crowded. There was a steady stream of couples and singles that came and went during our very leisurely meal. With windows all around, beautiful views, and an upscale casual decor, we were in no hurry to leave. I've already made reservations for 4 as I can't wait to bring my friends here at night. I'm so glad I found this gem. Do yourself a favor and try it out! (Accessibility is excellent and the staff was very accommodating to me in my wheelchair. )

The second time our entire order was wrong and it was frustrating. I honestly was not about to give this place a third shot but was invited with a friend and I'm so glad I accepted. We started with drinks at the bar made by a -true- mixologist, Zach. It was a lemon-forward gin cocktail that I'm going to dream about. We then got seated and we all split the Laura salad. This was not a boring salad. This was a highly thoughtful and put together salad. I ordered the agnolotti. I believe I have ordered this before but this time it was perfection! The perfect amount of butter and pistachios. My friend ordered the eggplant parm which comes as a side for some reason. This is an entire dish so I would get this next time. Maybe the secret is to come on a Sunday afternoon when they are slow? Regardless, I will be back because today's experience was 5 out of 5.

The different textures and flavors of everything worked really well together and I loved it! For my entree, I ordered the agnolotti pasta. I've never had anything like it and it was phenomenal. The unique pasta, sauce and toppings make for an elevated boujee dish I couldn't get enough of; I licked my plate clean! We shared ice cream and espresso martinis for dessert and it was the perfect way to end our meals. We will definitely be back and I would absolutely recommend checking this place out! :)
