I broke down on the freeway and ended up there by miracle and God. A hose came off and there was smoke everywhere. Plastic clips needed replacing, they all needed to be redone. The coolant just kept dumping on the motor so it had to be steam cleaned as well. The job was done in a half hour and I was out of there inside of an hour. Priced right. Kevin asked me if I could hear that sound and I said yeah that sound drives me crazy. Well it turned out I came back a week later and needed a belt replaced but the timing belt was put on wrong not replaced with the original in November and it was tearing up everything. several months back my mother took her car to have starter replaced and when we picked the car up she drove it home and the same afternoon she tried to start the car and it would not run. she called and they were very rude to her. 2 days ago my sister had car trouble and the price they were asking was more than she could afford and her car quit as we were backing up. they basically ran us out of the parking lot before anyone make it to us to tow the car. they said we had to push it off their property immediately. Poor customer service very rude people. I would definitely never recommend this place to anyone. read more

The owners of this place are overcharging. The fact that they need more mechanics is making their business slow. They are moving forward on repairs that you did not agree to. They are rude and ghetto. The owner (wife) smoke cigarettes directly in the face of customers. read more

I came to Biloxi to visit and my car broke down. I went to Worrells and he replaced several parts ALL of which were defective and had to be replaced less than a week later when I had gotten back home. He took advantage of someone stranded and charged us a lot for something defective. I do not recommend this place. read more

This company showcases Napa and AAA. But They only pay too use Napas name their ethics are not monitored by Napa. Not so sure about AAA. But I'm pretty sure it's the same.. My experience starts with my mother of 75 using them at the total cost of $8000. With botched up repairs and around a total of them having the truck months at a time when they claimed repairs would be a week maybe 2 days While she sat helpless not being able to go to the grocery store. I was out of town. She would call and get excuses like it's not finished cause the mechanic working on it lost his kids to d.h.s he's in court. Or the owners a drunk and crazy he pulled me off your car to put his friend in front of you ,one I'm impressed with is your mechanic has a felony from ten yrs. ago he's served time on and their trying to prosecute him again he's not in. I'm not exaggerating they had the car at least 6 months. She would get it back and not even out of the parking lot the check engine light would come on. She'd call they'd say bring it back in it would take weeks to get back in. One time she was smelling gas they said drive it !! Also told her the engine light really means nothing don't worry about it. Well I wish I could list all there is too say they screwed up. They never smoke tested it the problems mostly were vacuum just changed intake gaskets. In the end it was smoke tested and after thousands it was minor vacuum leaks. She complained it had a hard start they ignored her and replaced the intake gasket. Guess what it had too go back it's was a fuel pump issue. Why not check the fuel pressure before they started guessing . Their are diagnostic tests a tech performs first before just replacing parts at the customer's expense.. . Then when they said everything was perfect the truck was good to go . She brought it home seemed good but ohhhh. No it was'nt.. I'm home now so we took it to Pascagoula on it's victory ride. Epic failure 30 miles out of the shop the check engine light comes on. Drive train starts .popping well the first thing I find is after they had put a pinion seal in was the rear in had never been cleaned showing the fill plug had never been removed caked full of dirt I find out it's 2 quarts low never been filled even though the receipt said they added a quart it holds 3.5 quarts the rear end now is toast cause of not enough oil then they had put a neutral safety switch on. The code came up I think p7005 meaning high voltage on on p.c.m input. . Lucky I'm not ignorant too mechanic's and I'm also an electrician. . The switch they put on they stressed so it was telling the e.c.m it was always in reverse when it was in drive.. Caused the e.c.m to go out Cost me $600 to have one custom built and flashed Vin specific plus $100 for an o.e. n.s s they broke installing new. I sucked all this up till the rear end started howling then I approached Mark enoughs enough . He said I needed to talk to the tech. The next day. Grumbling as he walked off I was trying to rip him off. . Next day he accused me of lying fixing a leak on the rear end saying the fluid leaked out I staged it etc. Well then he crawled under the truck confident he could find a leak then went ballistic when he realized it was their fault the differential was damaged. I just wanted it fixed simple but he starts saying his works documented he has proof it was filled. His proof is the receipt shows one quart added . We'll it holds 3.5 not one . He now says he put more in without documentation to help my mom save money. Really you took $8000 From her left her home weeks without a car with no way to get FOOD. While your tech. faces felony charges and has to face d.h.s about his children being taken. And you put every one in front of her that came for repair after her???? You make me sick Mark. So then he sees I'm not buying it and cusses me slanders me demands me too get off his property. Pushes his chest against mine screaming in my face then tells me to come across the street he'll whip me. But across the street he trys his signature chest bump but gets shoved and ca'nt find his balls starts a big pity thing like I'm abusing him his shop help girlfriends save him . After he put his hands on me. He's not even older than me. Enough of that I said all that so you can avoid getting arrested cause of his distractions with aggression cause he's been caught ripping people off and doing shoddy work. That shop is drama stay away they DON'T STAND BEHIND THERE WORK . THERE A DANGER TOO YOU AND THE PUBLIC. THANK GOD I WAS ON 90 DOING 45 WHEN THE DIFFERENTIAL SEIZES UP. IMAGINE IF I HAD BEEN DOING 70 ON 10 AROUND A SCHOOL BUS OR ANY INNOCENT PERSON AND IT LOCKED UP . And of course he denys everything even with my proof and will not take responsibility. So now they also wrecked a rear end that will cost around $1800 to overhaul. Stopped by Worrell's to get an estimate for a job needed on my pick-up. Since they have been on the coast for decades I assumed that they would be on the up and up. Their estimate was three times the amount quoted at to other shops! Will be adding worrell's to my list of repair shops to avoid. read more

I will never bring my Mercedes here again. After having AC issues and having them run over $100 worth of diagnostics (which btw, after politely requesting an explanation on the phone for these fees when the AC was still broken, I was shockingly yelled at "I can't stand customers like you who just don't get it"), they quoted me over $1000 to replace the entire unit, compressor, etc in my car. My husband did the work himself with no luck. Took the car to the Mercedes dealership, where we should have started, who ran diagnostics and confirmed it needed a new electric board. Finally runs like a champ. In the end, we spent more money dealing with worrells, who were actually quite rude and unprofessional toward me as a female client. They never even bothered to follow up with me, a customer for over 3 years. My advice, go somewhere else. read more

Well I had to come out here to replace a battery I had installed about 4 months ago that has been bad since I got it. I was referred here as this repair shop is an authorized AAA place. Now Worrell didn't put it in but they are replacing it. I came in first thing this morning, they contacted whoever, got the new battery and had it in under two hours. Came back, got it taken care of and I'm happy to say my experience was great. Eric helped me out from the phone call to the install. Very nice, awesome directions and very comfy waiting area with a couch and two lazy boy recliners. That made my short wait so good. Who doesn't want to sit in a Lazy Boy lol. read more

Exceptional service. Was in town for the Cruising the Gulf coast car event with the Street Rodder Road Tour group. We had traveled 2,400 miles in a 1932 Ford roadster from San Diego, California. It was the day before the Road Tour group was to start the return trip to California. We were experiencing radiator leaks and would not be able to return without repairs. It was Saturday and all the shops were closed for the last day of the Gulf Cruise. A local told us he was aware that Worrell's automotive was working half day to finish up a back load. I called and explained my predicament to Kevin. He was very understanding and said to bring the car over as soon as possible. When I got there Kevin stopped what he was doing and proceeded to identify the multiple leaks. There were no radiator shops open but he was confident he could make temporary repairs that would get me back to California. The fact that it was a hot rod did not bother him in the least. Well, thanks to Kevin we completed the tour with no further problems. Kevin was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and creative in his repairs. Took my 2004 PT Cruiser in late morning on Wed. for bucking on highway and unable to do more than 40 MPH. Called to see if a diagnosis had been made on Thurs. and was told it would be looked at tomorrow. Called on Fri. to be told that they drove it on the highway at 70 MPH with no problems, and they would look at it further. Of course, closed on weekend, so I called on Mon. to be told again that he had driven it on the highway at 75 MPH with no problem. On Tues., I called again and was put on hold (I use the term loosely), as he laid the phone on the desk and proceeded to carry on other business for over 10 minutes. I hung up the phone and dialed 16 times before the phone had disconnected and could receive calls again. The man said that his phone was having problems, to which I called him a liar, and I would be picking up my car on Wed., which I did. The only thing they did right was not arguing with me and just handing over the keys. A total waste of my time, I will be sure to inform anyone who will listen to never use this place of business. I've received better service from shade tree mechanics. Perhaps the shoddy treatment I received was because I needed a real mechanic and not just a battery replacement. I sincerely hope it was not because I was an older adult woman. Avoid this business at all costs! read more

I was from out of town when my brakes started screaming for help. Searched AAA and they recommended Worrell Automotive and I am very happy they did. I brought my truck in and I was asked if I was going to leave it with them. I replied that I was from out of town and they immediately started working on it. With the AAA discount I think I got a very good deal and it didn't take very long. I may arrange for another trip when it is time to service my truck. And all i can say is thank you so much! thanks to the amazing and attentive staff not only were are kids happy and comfortable while we waited for the car to to serviced we also had a very safe drive home!
