I was initially told the issue was a fuse, then later that night (they were here for several hours-almost 10pm!) was told that the issue was the thermostat. Now the unit is leaking all over my carpet because they failed to check the condenser line per my plumber stepdad....have been waiting all day for them to come back out to repair...such a waste of time & dollars I highly Don't recommend this business.... Side note-the one star was given because they did discount the price of the thermostat ...even though the unit was not checked as it should've been on the first call!!!!!!!
