What a nightmare with Matt. We hired him to install a panel and a heater for our pool, which was good. Then we had an issue with our spa that he could not figure out. He told us we needed a new valve, and that did not fix the problem. He told us we needed another valve, and that was still not the problem (after $700). Then he told us to get the leak detector, and there were no leaks. We have lived in our home over 7 years and have never been able to heat our spa. We never bothered looking for service because we were afraid of how expensive it would be. I finally said, what the heck and contacted Matt to come out and take a look. It was $50 to diagnose the issue and if I chose to have him fix it, the $50 went towards the repair cost.
