We noticed that one of our waterfalls wasn't producing as much water as normal, so we called Blissful Waters to see if they thought it could be due to a dirty filter. Jason took the time to talk us through the problem and recommend a solution. They were able to come out two days later and complete the job. So grateful to Jason and Rick for SAVING the day multiple times! They will take great care of your pool. ! For 2 years, my dad has struggled to maintain his outdoor pool. He is a chemist and takes pride in being able to manage all the pH and chemicals etc. However, the pool became a green liquid swamp disaster and he was SO stubborn he wouldn't let me call for help. Finally, I was able to get Jason and his team in. My dad is not easy. He asks a lot of questions. He is skeptical. He doesn't trust. The pool was drained and Jason's team had to come multiple times due the heavy rains in SA. They were incredibly patient with my dad. They pressure washed the pool and it was looking great!! My dad THEN delayed filling up the pool because he wanted to tinker more with the pool inevitably because of heavy rains there was more than 2 feet of standing water with tadpoles! I count this as pool disaster #2. Jason and Rick came back and cleaned up my dad's mess and now the pool is PERFECT. They did the whole job professionally and took great care of us despite us (my dad haha) being not easy to work with customers. Rick also helped my dad with odd ends - pump, filters, extra cleaning, scrubbing - all things to help my dad feel less anxious. My dad is happy!!! Avoid this company at all cost. Many better pool companies out there. Told these people multiple times not to work on my equipment. Just clean the pool like you were paid to do. Not only did they not listen, they broke my pressure gauge and didn't even let us know. Now we have a pool that doesn't work until it gets fixed. Owner is rude and a complete joke. Take your money elsewhere. Edit: Add to the list everything Jason just said in his reply is a lie. We only had them for a few months. Which for his company and how it is operated is probably a long time. He never contacted us. I contacted them after I found out it was broken. Jason couldn't careless. Never received any information with "pictures " or anything stating they broke my equipment that was just replaced. Jason, I've screenshot everything so when I see you in small claims court you can show the judge where you called me and emailed "pictures " however, I doubt you'll be able to since you never did any of the stuff you just mentioned. It's too bad you can't just take ownership when you are clearly in the wrong. So far very happy with ASP pool company. Would highly suggest taking your business there. read more

First, I use this company routinely for repairs. They are reasonable priced, polite and fantastic every time. I do not use them for cleaning service I do that myself. Once again Jason came to my rescue! Had a small issue (I literally don't know what it was) but my pool wasn't cleaning... vacuum stationary, pump losing charge, backwash was clear,,, schedule off... no idea. I called to set up an appointment and they came out the next day. I live off the beaten path so it was likely a purposeful trip. They came and tinkered, tuned, fixed, reprogrammed, cleaned, added chemicals, and left. This is hands down one of the best companies I have used in San Antonio. I called early morning due to a few issues I was having with my pool. Jason was great to speak to got everything set up for me right away. By mid day my issues were taken care of and by the next day my pool was back to looking good with all equipment back to working order. He returned my call quickly and was able to meet us at the home that same day during the time window we had available. We kept blissful waters on as our pool service when we purchased our house in September 2020. We were extremely happy with them even through the pandemic. Pat was our tech and was extremely knowledgeable about all things for our pool. About 4 months ago Pat had to have surgery on his shoulder and it is now clear that Pat was the key to this businesses success. Our pool has had issue after issue and now is green and has been for at least a week. We get promises that they will come out and fix things. Eventually they do but that come with additional cost. We are at our wit's end and looking for other Pool Servicers. In response to owner: Hi Jason, My husband and I did not realize that you were the owner, on the several occasions he has had to contact you over the past 4 months. This review was my attempt to get the attention of the owner, as we could not imagine that the company's owner would be so combative about our requests regarding our paid service. I can appreciate the pollen season has been particularly bad, there may be no immediate remedy for getting the pool to not be green, that is valid and we may have to pay more for additional services. My review is about your interaction with us as customers. We never had to interact with you when Pat was handling our pool. You seem annoyed that we call and that if you state someone will be out today that it is ok if they show up within a couple of days. I had our pool completely redone April of 2019. It has never looked as bad as it looks now and we had the pool over 15 years. We tried to reach out to Blissfull Pools on several occasions to discuss the problem and never got a response until today when I got a hold of Jason Kirk the owner who was very rude and said "that's not my problem bud" after 15 years and using a total of 3 different pool service providers we have never had so much calcium deposit as we have now. And another thing they will raise the service charge on you without prior notice. So do not let them get your card information. read more

Scheduled the service for next day all here on the Yelp chats. Service rep contacted me just prior to arriving. He was extremely freindly and knowledgable of the problem and fix. Had the line blown out in a matter of minutes. Wrote him a check (only nit pick: wish they could take cards. He did offer that I could call the office and they could do it over the phone, but I opted to go old school). Really appreciate the help great service and prompt service appointment. I had to ask him to leave my property.
