Decided to book and reserve lane online on the weekend on a Sunday with the kiddos. Great deals on the weekend with all you can bowl that includes shoes too. It's awesome they treat the table with 4 chocolate drizzle sprinkled cookies if lane was reserved online for free which was a nice surprise. Adequate amount of bowling balls to choose from and the animations in the bowling games are great and personalized as you can add your own fun picture. Great for groups and parties. They have a decent size arcade area as well for the kiddos to take a break from bowling to keep entertained. My first time at Lucky Strike was an okay experience overall. I chose not to bowl so I stayed on the outskirts and enjoyed the company while everyone else played. I ordered a cocktail and an appetizer at the bar, and the bartender was nice and helpful especially since it wasn't too busy when I first arrived. As the night went on, the bar got busier and that's when things became a little confusing. We were approached by staff about some confusion regarding how orders were being handled between the bar and the servers. Since I wasn't bowling, I didn't have a specific lane to reference which seemed to add to the confusion. The service felt a bit disorganized and I wasn't quite sure who was handling what. Obviously bowling alleys have to appeal to families and casual bowlers to make most of their money, but goodness. We have our own bags, with our own shoes and balls inside. When the entire alley is nearly empty, you don't have to sandwich us in between the parties of 12 kids you just checked in, on the farthest side of the alley where the cosmic lights are on at noon on a Tuesday and the lanes haven't been oiled in a fortnight. You'll also have to start your game by returning everyone else's balls to the rack because the employees are definitely not doing it. The only alley in the area that I can watch a 160avg go down to 90. If the oil machine is that broken down that you can't even use it for league, where people are paying weekly fees to ensure lane maintenance, buy a new machine. Bowlero, stop buying up local bowling alleys when you don't actually give a shit about how they're ran and maintained. read more

The bowling was pretty fun, had a couple pin mishaps (apparently it's an old system so it has some errors sometimes, easily fixable) and not many different balls available. But the big problem was the service was extremely slow (didn't get what we ordered half the time, and if we did, it took a couple reminders.) Also, after the two hour reservation, and just wanting to extend another 1 hour for a party of 2, with plenty of other lanes available, we were told we could only extend either 30 minutes for $59, or 2 hours for $200... safe to say we ended up just not extending and just leaving because of those outrageous prices. It would cost less to just make a whole new reservation, and the manager was just not the most pleasant. read more

We went for some family time. Several arcade games were out of service and no one working the ticket redemption counter. We decided to bowl. The bowling was okay but the food was totally inedible. My 7 year old wouldn't eat the cheese pizza. I tried it and it tasted off. My chicken Ceasar Salad wrap was disgusting. No lettuce. Not even sure what was inside. And to top it off there was beer smelling puke all over the men's bathroom floor at the entrance. The ladies bathroom was also filthy and looked like the place hasnt been actually deep cleaned in a loong time. For the price, we definetly wont come back. Lack of service, bad food and dirty atmosphere...this is a shame because we enjoyed this place before it was Lucky Strike. More like gutter ball. We'll just go to Dave and Busters or Scandia instead for family fun. read more

Both times I reserved 2 lanes for 2 hours then got arcade cards. The staff were so sweet and gave us little discounts and perks since we were celebrating a birthday and reserved ahead of time. Formerly Bowlero, I came by this entertainment venue to celebrate my nephew's bday this past Saturday. The place was chic and modern with a lively atmosphere, giant TV screens across the lanes, and a variety of music playing through the speakers including classic hits like Your Love by The Outfield. But Lucky Strike offers more than just a bowling alley. Multiple dining areas with tables, a bar section with billiards, and an arcade where the little ones (and some of the adults) enjoyed more gaming fun and prizes after our bowling session. We encountered minor lane problems, but it was easy to reset the pins with the touch of a button. The setup was more than sufficient for our sizable group, ample seating, great decor, and an unlimited food and drinks party package that was more than sufficient. Pepperoni and cheese pizza, chicken tenders, french fries, and funnel cake fries with chocolate and berry dip. Kid-friendly food options for sure, but the pizza was actually decent with a good amount of cheese and sauce. And the funnel cake fries were different. I especially enjoyed the chocolate syrup that came on the side. For drinks, we just got various pitchers of soda and lemonade, while some of the adults purchased specialty cocktails from the bar. Service was great the entire time we were there. And even accessing and returning our bowling shoes was easy. This review is for service from bowling front desk. We had a great time and the woman at the desk (Lois) accomodated us when we explained the pins were taking a while to set up between bowlers. Unless she was familiar with issues with that particular lane, she added on some extra bowling time, which I thought was fair. The extra time between sets was very frustrating because it was messing up the flow with the bowlers next to us but stuff like this happens and they made it right. Thank you! read more

There was no one working behind the prize counter so I went up to the front and was informed that no one could help until 5pm! It was 2pm and my birthday boy was so disappointed. I went here for my nieces 11th birthday, on 9/27 around 4 pm. The overall bowling alley is pretty awesome. Tons of lanes, lots of games in the back and a Lazer tag room. The party packages are reasonably priced and come with good shareables. Very cool that they have a bar....not cool the initial experience wasn't great. My boyfriend and I waited at the bar for 10 minutes as the lady bartender ignored us. Just as we were sitting down it appeared the other bartender went on break. We initially didn't notice because we're engaged in conversation but then started to watch her help folks who came up after us and even cleaned without helping us. The place is very modern and clean, with all the classic vibes of an old school bowling alley and arcade. Walking in, it made me say "why don't we come bowling? We should be coming here all the time!" My fiance hosted a client appreciation event here and we had a fantastic time. The staff were super attentive, accommodating and helpful, and the pizza and appetizer samplers were a big hit with the clients. They were well prepared to host a big group and knew just how to cater to us, giving us enough attention and directing incoming clients to join us. We hosted our daughter's birthday party here, and we had an assistant who took care of us throughout the event. If you're military and come here to ask for a military discount be prepared for the lady in the front to instruct you on when and where to ask for a military discount. If you to ask the first time you come instead of when you're leaving there shouldn't be an issue but if you want to get lectured by a bowling alley worker about how to ask for a military discount, then you're in the right place. Our server was good. I didn't like the interaction with the lady who checked me out telling me when I should ask for a military discount as if she's inconvenienced or it's a problem. Went here bowling with my friends and I was hoping for a good time but when I went in my friend had an unlimited bowl card so instead of telling us how much it was going to be the workers just muttered to each other and said pay when you are done?? Also when we paid the lady didn't even know how much it was per person and said just split 115 for 4 people?? I would like to know how much it is as it said 21 for unlimited bowling but charged us 28 for 2 games. Also there is no staff every time I go I feel like it's abandoned and shoes are over flowing.
