She guided me and reassured me from his very first new born visit, to teaching me to sleep train him, and having a breastfed baby that slept through the night at 4 months old! She is a God sent! Her presence is calming and nurturing which really settles and uneasy sick child. Her approach is never to over medicate instead to address the illness in the most practical and effective way. There are never too many people in the waiting room and the wait is never long. They are very accommodating and will work to get your child scheduled as soon as possible. Dr. Welsh was thorough in his analysis and very informative regarding my options and the epidural procedure I decided to try out. He provided options that I could take before undergoing the epidural procedure which I appreciated. On the day of the minor surgical procedure Dr. Welsh ran me through the steps again, reassuring me how simple and fast the procedure would be. I felt calm and was confident that I'd be in good hands. FYI, the procedure takes place in a surgical center and not these offices. The office is small but comfortable and very clean. They have vast awards showcasing the office walls on their various Doctors which is comforting. I would definitely recommend coming here for your pain management.

In the past I've had to wait over two hours for simple check ups. I had an IUD inserted after the birth of my second child, it's been almost five years since I had it put in. Now I'm ready to have it removed, I booked an appointment two weeks ago. Although we had the bad weather yesterday, I understand businesses are dealing with power outages, etc. but I showed up to my appointment, called to let them know I had arrived and was told to go inside to sign in. I went to the door and it was locked? I called again thinking they had to open it, no answer. I called again and after five minutes of waiting on the phone they tell me the office is closed! She couldn't have told me that when I first called five seconds prior? You'd think they would call their patients to let them know of the situation. All in all - don't waste your time here.

To make things short and simple, basically the desk staff was unprofessional, rude and uninformed of what services this PP location was equipped with to serve patients. The desk staff had to ask the office manager twice about questions I had Not before becoming hostile with my daughter and me first because only one of us could be in the building at a time. Even though she's a minor Not only that but when we made the appointment for what my daughter needed to be examed for, they told us via phone that PP of Morristown could accommodate my daughter. After I finished the paperwork and returned it to the desk staff, already annoyed by them so rudely making my daughter leave the building, they informed me they couldn't do the exam my daughter was in need of We were made to wait in our car. My daughter's appointment was 2:45pm. At 4pm I made my daughter go into the building and ask what was taking so long (As calling this PP location is a waste of time because you're directed to a central appointment booking location and not the Morristown PP location itself) and if she could use the restroom. She never returned. They had taken her into be seen but NO STAFF MEMBER had called me to advise me of this I was about to go see where my daughter was, but she had text messaged me. Informing me they had taken her in for her appointment. my daughter also informed me we waited so long because the desk staff had forgotten to give the nurses in the back the new patient forms I was all mama bear by now! They only did one out of three gynecological healthcare procedures we'd asked an appointment for. Making me furious as my daughter was having a semi serious medical issue at that moment, that they informed me they would check on. They never did! My daughter came out not even a half hour later. Confused about almost everthing the nurses and doctor had told her. Not one STAFF MEMBER called me to inform me of what was done or what information was given to my daughter We won't be returning here. I advise anyone with a minor child not to go to this PP location. My daughter is a minor and they absolutely went against OSHA regulations. I should've been able to have stayed with my daughter because she's a minor. But I was absolutely banned from being with her. She was a nervous wreck. Not being with her just scared her more. I advise anyone that's looking for a gynocologist thats good with minors, even if the travel is farther then this PP location, to travel! They are I'll equipped to handle minors. I miss the Dover PP location. They knew what they were doing!
