Physically, my folks have gained mobility and strength - due to the gradual, persisent, personalized care that Dwayne, and Harry, provided to each of them. Coincidentally, their confidence and attitudes have improved because of the therapy, for which we are immensely grateful. What I like most about Generations Therapy is that it's a family serving families. Their name is symbolic - they are generations serving generations - they have helped my parents, and they have also provided my brother and me relief, reinforcement and a support system. I booked this service when I was required to have my apt professionally cleaned for move out. After…read morefirst getting in touch with them myself to confirm, they then told me that they had to cancel because the cleaner in my area was sick. I asked if they could get someone else from another area and they said no. I was then screwed for my move out and put in a place of frantically trying to find a cleaner last minute. I just din't understand why they couldn't have someone else come to my area. I found this very unprofessional- not accommodating especially since I had the service booked for weeks. And also, I had to reach out to even find out that they couldn't come!

She listened carefully to all of my concerns and took everything very seriously. She had great ideas for my care going forward and followed up with a call after receiving lab results with thorough explanations. My husband wasn't assigned a new PCP and Dr Shilling took him on as a patient. I look forward to a great professional relationship.

Came down with a sinus infection as i do every year. Due to covid the dr, not my own primary,…read morerefused to see me in person and told me after 7-10 days they would simply prescribe an antibiotic. 11 days later and they say to call again in 2 more days. I do and they still refused to see me or prescribe me anything. After finally getting in touch with a supervisor (charge nurse) I found out my actual PCP no longer worked at the practice, and they did refer me to a triage center for people showing symptoms (a subsidiary for the same hospital that the family practice is in)After calling the triage center they also refused to see me. I have gotten better as it had been 2 full weeks and it went away on it's own, but my employer required a note saying i was healthy. Even though i was now not displaying any symptoms at all. They refused to see me and again referred me to the triage center, and also told me that the triage center tried to call me to set up an appointment and that i never answered, despite the fact i called them and they refused to see me, going as far as hanging up on me mid-sentence. I had to go to a local urgent care and be seen, paying out of pocket for an out of network physical to be approved to go back to work. Even with the pandemic being led on a runaround for 2 weeks without any form of service or care, as well as the rude and unprofessional staff is unnaceptable and I dropped them as my PCP. I would stongly advise anyone considering this practice to find a provider elsewhere.
