Jason is very friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable regarding any questions a customer may have. He also will not sell you work unless you need it. Case in point, I have asked him about exterior painting projects, and he has told me to wait a year. He could have easily sold me a job. However, he ethically kept the customer needs above his companies. Who else does that this day and age? Lastly, I have no qualms about leaving my house open while he works. I know my house and contents are in very good hands.

To which I responded, you can provide me a monetary solution but I am not changing my review. Now for a current update 2/3/2020 (two weeks after initial work was done) Because of this companies inability to listen, they are still causing issues for me. I had a hole in my bathroom wall from a broken sink ripped off the wall by other contractors. I specifically told Matrix's CEO Ryan, and his guys, not to patch it up, but paint around it, as the contractors coming right fix it will need to do it. They patched it up anyways, like it was some favor for me. Today the contractors came out to install the sink and they couldn't because they couldn't see how the wall was supported. Now they'll have to come out at a later date to put a hole in the wall to install the proper support, since they couldn't see it from being patched up by Matrix. Matrix wasted theirs and my time by doing that, and now wasting my money because I have to take off more work.

The two young men did an excellent job. In and out in one day! Both workers addressed any concerns and answered all our questions. The price for this service was not the cheapest and it wasn't the most expensive, but fair imo for the job. We decided to use Anderson Painting to do our flooring because of the 15 year warranty for the Polyurethea coating vs a 3 to 5 year for epoxy. The sales quote and work by the office employees only had one hiccup, which the company accommodated us by showing up. Communication misunderstanding with the office about a scheduled date to do the job was resolved in seconds. We were scheduled for a date, so we thought, and no one showed up. After 30 minutes being late, we called and they said we weren't on the books for that day even though we had planned it due to an opening they had. The receptionist got confused, because not only did we select them for the garage flooring, we accepted them to paint our interior as well and thought a conversation about a date we couldn't do for the painting applied to the flooring job. No problem, they were onsite about an hour later! The cleanup was perfect. Aside from the floor looking like a show room floor, you couldn't tell they were even there! Highly recommend them for any flooring work you may have! Painting review - Don't know how to get yelp to separate, so posting here! Awesome job! Lead painter, Sadeq, was well up to doing the job and getting everything just perfect! Showed up on time, led the other painters with supreme skill, and always smiling and happy! 4 day job, done in 4 days and done well. Ibrahim, Naseem, and Egek (forgive spelling names if incorrect), all performed remarkably. With home schooling and 3 year old, the painters were extremely courteous to our children, as well to us. Any concerns brought up were always taken care of right away. Clean lines on ceilings, corners, around trim. All rooms were done exceptionally well. All our house hold items and furniture were covered with plastic, the floor had a couple of drops of paint where drop clothes had been displaced slightly, but came up easily. Their cleanup in our bathroom was superb, where they cleaned brushes and tools every night. Blue taped a final walk around, had about 20 spots for touch up, 30 minutes later job was complete! Extremely satisfied with the work, paint and professionalism. We painted, mud room, kitchen, play room, dining room, living room office and entry way, along with stairwell and upstairs main hall/landing area, as well as all floor trim, bookshelves in living room and bench with cubbies in mud room! We chose a primary color that was near silver gray and an accent color. Benjamin Moore scuff-x paint product in eggshell. I would certainly recommend Anderson painting to everyone! Again, great customer care! We really had an easy time and great experience working with Anderson Painting and Flooring crews! Kevin and his crew at CPM did a fantastic job on our exterior repair and painting project. We had…read moreextensive wood rot and siding issues and these guys handled it all! They replaced all the bad wood trim and window sills with PVC to end that issue and replaced much of the old masonite siding with Hardie plank. They even rebuilt our deck! Once that was done, they painted everything with two coats of quality paint. They crew were professional, polite, and efficient. We could not be more pleased with our results! Kevin gave us a fair and reasonable bid and was very honest with the potential scope of work. Although not the lowest, CPM's bid was very detailed and outlined each step in the process. The pictures really don't do this project justice. The CPM guys truly transformed our home. I can highly recommend them!

And he was right! We did end up adding to the project because when we looked at the amazing new paint job next to existing paint, we wanted to paint more of the exterior, and his painters happily accommodated our requests. The final job looks amazing and the additional work was at minimal additional cost. I actually told him we should pay him more (he refused) - his guys did such a great job!
