I can't recommend Wow Pest Control enough! The owner, Sam, is a really awesome guy who truly cares about his customers. Whatever spray they are using REALLY WORKS! My parents use another pest control company and consistently has problems with earwigs, those flying brown beetles, and occasionally ants. When I bought a house down the street with a huge backyard, I thought I'd have an even bigger pest problem. However, Wow sprays every month and I've never had an issue during the past two years. I just moved into a rental home, and first night watched roaches running all around the kitchen. The management company sent out a local pest control which did a quick spray around the house. Knowing a bit about roaches, I knew the eggs would be hatching soon. I friend recommended WOW for monthly service. When they came out, I found them to be much more thorough in discussing the type of roaches. They used several kinds of spray and bait that are needed for German roaches. I've had a few different local companies for Pest control, but have never had such thorough service as with Wow Pest Control. Once, I thought I had seen a roach in my house, so I called Wow and they came the next day. Sam inspected every nook and cranny for signs of others, even looked to make sure they weren't in the backs of tvs! There weren't any more, thankfully. He was honest and offered to spray for them if I wanted (for the cost of the roach service), but that he didn't think I needed too. He definitely could have gotten away with selling an unneeded service, but his integrity is far greater. Another thing is that I've only had the inside of my house sprayed annually, and never have any bugs because the company does such a great job on the outside. Wow Pest control knows big types and everything about them, there is no guess work with them. If you don't want bugs, Wow Pest Control is the way to go! read more

After going out and spraying, they removed the pipe under the faucet to check for bugs and unfortunately, it started to leak. They agreed to go back out and in addition to fixing the pipe, they re sprayed and in the front yard too. He is knowledgeable and dealt with our problem quickly and professionally. The rate was also better than the quote from the two other pest control companies I spoke with.
